Roaming Subscription And Pay-as-you-go

If you travel frequently, enjoy savings on roaming usage with Roaming Subscription. Alternatively, subscribe to Pay-as-you-go Roaming that comes with zero registration and subscription charges!

To data roam, don’t forget to activate Data Roaming/Data Passport/Daily Passport.

 

How is it charged?

ROAMING SUBSCRIPTION

 

  $20 One-time Registration Fee

  $10 Monthly Subscription

Pay-as-you-go voice calls and SMS roaming services are auto activated for all M1 Postpaid customers (above the age of 18), with the option to add data roaming whenever you need it.

 

 

Activation and De-activation

Pay-as-you-go voice calls and SMS roaming services are activated by default.

  To activate Pay-as-you-go Data roaming, go to My M1+ App
  1. Access the Roaming tab, enter and choose the destination
  2. Tap Voice and SMS services under Pay-as-you-go
  3. Select Data, Voice & SMS (Data Roaming) option
  4. Tap Activate

 To de-activate Pay-as-you-go Data roaming, go to My M1+ App
  1. Access the Roaming tab
  2. Tap Data, Voice and SMS services under Pay-as-you-go
  3. Select Voice & SMS (Pay-as-you-go Roaming) option
  4. Tap Save

 To activate/deactivate Roaming subscription, go to My M1+ App
 1. Access the Roaming tab, enter and choose the destination
 2. Tap Roaming Subscription
 3. Tap Good to go / Unsubscribe
 4.Choose Confirm / Yes, I am sure to activate or de-activate

What is Pay-as-you-go Roaming?
Pay-as-you-go Roaming is an auto activated service which enables you to use voice calls & SMS in overseas.

Can I use data with the auto activated Pay-as-you-go Roaming?
To use data while roaming, you must activate one of the following via My M1+ App:
a. Pay-as-you-go Data Roaming
b. Data Passport
c. Daily Passport

Why do I need Roaming Subscription?
You can enjoy 20% savings on all Pay-as-you-go voice calls, SMS and data services with Roaming Subscription.
