How to Activate

  1. Access the Home tab, click View plan > go to Add some sunshine to your plan > choose IDD 021 Saver

  2. Tap on the add-on and slide to subscribe

  1. Access Services, select Manage Value-Added Services > Mobile Voice & Data > IDD 021 Saver.

  2. Toggle ON. Select Confirm and OK to subscribe.

How does it work?

To make international calls using IDD 021 Saver:

✓ Dial manually from keypad: <021><Country code><Area Code><Call Party’s number>
✓ Save Call Party’s Number with “021” prefix in Contacts and dial directly from Contacts.
E.g. of saved contact <021><60><1><987654321>

Important:

⨉ DO NOT dial from “Missed Calls” or “Call Logs” as IDD calls will be connected by your phone as IDD 002 rates.
⨉ DO NOT store numbers with “+” prefix as IDD calls will be dialled by your phone as IDD 002 rates.
⨉ DO NOT turn on “Dial Assist / Assisted Dialling” on your phone as IDD calls will be dialled by your phone as IDD 002 rates.
