SAFRA Mobile Benefits

  • Free Plan Upgrade on Contract with Device Promotion is applicable at point of new sign-up or re-contract on Contract with Device with $78.95 & $110.95 plans. Discount of $28 and $32 monthly will apply respectively for12 months.
  • Free Bundle Packs Promotion is applicable at point of new sign-up or re-contract on Contract with Device with the following Plan Add-ons:
    - Free $10 Bundle Pack: $50.95 plan
    - Free $20 Bundle Pack: $78.95 & $110.95 plans
    Promotion is provisioned as a $10 and $20 discount monthly, valid for 24 months and applicable on any Bundle Pack. Customers who choose to subscribe to the Bundle Pack at a later point will not enjoy the full 24 months promotion.
  • Unlimited Weekend Data Promotion is applicable at point of new sign up or re-contract on Contract with Device or SIM-only Plan. Promotion is valid for the first 12 months. Promotional Data will only be effective from the time of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to activation time.
  • Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of the above promotions will apply, and will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
  • SAFRA mobile benefits are valid at M1 Shop and eShop till further notice. Proof of M1 subscriber’s SAFRA membership must be provided at point of sign-up or re-contract (as may be applicable).
  • Premium is subject to availability of stock and available while stocks last. M1 reserves the right to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Promotion cannot be enjoyed with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions. Promotions are not valid for customers who are under M1 Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI), or whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name.
  • Promotions strictly cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions will be removed in the event of a change or re-contract to an ineligible bill plan.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. SAFRA Family Plan

  • SAFRA Family Plan Promotion is applicable to new sign up or re-contract on Contract with Device or SIM-only Plan. Each mobile line sign up or re-contract is eligible to sign up for one supplementary plan.
  • Promotions are valid at only M1 Shops. Proof of M1 subscriber’s SAFRA membership must be provided at point of sign-up or re-contract (as may be applicable).
  • Promotions are valid till further notice and cannot be enjoyed with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
  • Promotions are not valid for customers who are under M1 Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI), or whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name.
  • Promotions strictly cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotion includes $5.05 off monthly subscription. Additional 70GB data applies for the first 12 months. Thereafter, additional 20GB data applies (U.P. 30GB for $25).
  • Promotional Data is applicable for local, supplementary line or Data Passport usage (as may be applicable). Promotional data bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to activation date.
  • Promotion is not valid for Corporate Individual (CORI) customers or customers whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name.
  • By taking up this consumer promotion, CORI customers will exit from M1 Corporate Individual (CORI) Scheme and CORI benefits/discount will cease.
  • Promotion is limited to one redemption per line and not transferable.
