Get Up to S$220 off Samsung Handset With M1 (“Promotion”)

 

  1. “Get Up to S$220 Off Samsung Handset With M1” (“Promotion”) is applicable for sign-ups / re-contracts with Samsung Handset (“Handset”) on the following plans with 2-year contract (“Contract”):
    • Base Plan ($40)
    • Base Plan ($40) + $10 Plan Add-on
    • Base Plan ($40) + $38 Plan Add-on
    • Base Plan ($40) + $70 Plan Add-on
    • Base Plan ($40) + $195 Plan Add-on
    • mySIMe 40 Plan
    • mySIMe 70 Plan
    • mySIMe 90 Plan
    • mySIMe 118 Plan
    • EM3+ Plan
    • EM12+ Plan
    • EMX+ Plan

  2. Handset refers to Samsung Galaxy Note20 Series, S20 FE Series and Z Fold2 Series only.

  3. To enjoy this Promotion, customer must make full payment of the Handset with a valid Citi Credit Card and sign-up or re-contract on a 2-year Contract with M1.

  4. “Citi Credit Card” refers to all Citi Credit Cards issued in Singapore.

  5. Promotion is valid from 16 October 2020 to 31 December 2020, midnight to midnight on Singapore Timing (UTC+08:00), and both days inclusive, or such other earlier date as determined by M1 and Citibank, at M1 Shops, M1 online store (provided that M1 is accepting Citi Credit Cards for payment at the M1 online store) and exclusive distributors of M1.

  6. Provided that M1 is accepting Citi Credit Cards for payment online at the M1 online store, to enjoy this promotion online, customer needs to key in the following promotion codes:

    S$200 Off Handset Applicable to any Citi Credit Card First 6 digits of Citibank Credit Card + ‘CC’ at check-out (e.g. 123456CC)
    S$220 Off Handset Applicable to Citi M1 Card Only First 6 digits of Citi M1 Card + ‘M1’ at check-out (e.g. 123456M1)

  7. Redemption is limited to one (1) redemption per customer and subject to the first five hundred (500) redemptions.

  8. Promotion will be awarded at point of sign-up. However, M1 reserves the right to claw back the S$200/S$220 (as applicable), and will charge such amount to customer’s bill in the event customer did not fulfil any criteria under this Promotion.

  9. Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on the new or re-contracting line.

  10. Promotion is limited to one redemption per new line sign-up or re-contract.

  11. Promotion cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any other promotions.

  12. All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

  13. M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for the Promotion at any time in its discretion in the event of such customer’s breach or suspected breach of any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such customer whatsoever.

  14. The Promotion is subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg, which terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

  15. Customers agree that their personal data may be collected and disclosed by M1 for the purpose of verification by Citibank of their eligibility for the Promotion.

  16. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

  17. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by or Citibank of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Citibank for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

  18. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

  19. Citibank’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.

  20. “Citi” or “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.

  21. “M1” refers to M1 Limited.
