FOR VOICEMAIL BASIC


Press 1 to listen to your messages
Press 4 to replay a message after listening
Press 5 to access message information
Press 7 to erase a message
Press 88 (i.e. double 8) to call the sender
Press 9 to save a message
Press # to skip a message while listening
Press * to cancel review

 

VOICEMAIL LANGUAGE


For Voicemail Basic

1. Access your Voicemail
2. Press 8 for Mailbox Language
3. Press 1 for English/Chinese
4. Press 2 for Malay

VOICEMAIL PASSWORD


For Voicemail Basic

1. Access your Voicemail
2. Press 2 for Mailbox Features
3. Press 1 to change password
   - Enter new password (4-15 digits) and press #
4. Press 9 to activate/ cancel password
   -Press 1 to cancel password
   -Press 2 to activate password

VOICEMAIL GREETING


Voicemail greets your caller with one of the following messages:

  1. A system (default) greeting with your mobile number
    2. "9xxxxxxx is not available. At the tone, please record your message. When you have finished recording, you may hang up or press 1 for more options."
  2. A standard greeting with your name
    3. "John Tan is not available. At the tone, please record your message. When you have finished recording, you may hang up or press 1 for more options."


For Voicemail Basic
1. Access your Voicemail
2. Press 2 for Mailbox Features
3. Press 1 to record/ change Name
4. Press 2 to record/ change Personal Greeting

VOICEMAIL DATE & TIME OPTION


For Voicemail Basic

1. Access your Voicemail
2. Press 2 for Mailbox Features
3. Press 3 for Date & Time option
4. Press 1 for Activation, or Press 2 for Cancellation

VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION OPTION


For Voicemail Basic

1. Access your Voicemail
2. Press 2 for Mailbox Features
3. Press 4 for Notification Options
4. Press 1 to turn Notification on/off
5. Press 3 to turn Missed Call Alert on/off
  - Press 1 to activate Alert
  - Press 2 to cancel Alert
 
1.  Caller dials your mobile phone number
2. Caller hears your greeting
3. Caller records message
4. Caller can hang up after recording the message or Press 1 for options before sending the message:
      - Press 1 to send if satisfied with the message
      - Press 2 to listen to the message
      - Press 3 to erase/ re-record message
      - Press 4 to continue recording the same message
 
M1 will alert you on your mobile phone. You will see an envelope icon and/ or text prompt. This also indicates the latest number of new messages in the Voicemail box. You can call directly into the Voicemail box by pressing the Send key.

Note: Certain mobile phones offer one-button access to Voicemail. You may check with your mobile phone dealer or refer to the user manual of your mobile phone.
