M1 Maxx is a 4G Postpaid SIM-Only Plan that offers a fuss-free plan that can meet all your needs at an affordable price.

Good news! You have found a worry-free plan! Once you have finished the data, talktime and SMS entitlement from your plan, there will not be any excess charge. If you need to use more data, talktime and SMS, you may purchase it via M1 Maxx App.

Eligibility

You will need to be at least 15 years old to sign up for M1 Maxx Plan. The acceptable ID documents are as follow:
•  Singapore Citizen: Original NRIC (Pink) / Passport
•  Permanent Resident: Original NRIC (Blue) / Passport
•  Foreigner / Non-Resident: Employment Pass / S Pass / Work Permit / Dependent Pass / Student Pass / Passport

Sign-up via M1 Maxx e-Store

We are offering customers with the convenience of purchasing Maxx plan via www.maxx.sg. It takes 2 steps under 2 minutes to sign-up. There is no SIM card and delivery charge.

This is a no contract all-in-one postpaid mobile plan that comes with 100GB data, unlimited outgoing call*, unlimited free incoming call, 100 SMS, 2GB roaming data and Caller Number Display. This plan also gives you a peace of mind and convenience because you don’t have to worry about excess at all and monthly subscription is auto-deducted every 30 days.

You will receive an SMS the day prior to delivery.

There is no need to authorize anyone to receive your SIM card. Our courier partner will deliver it to your doorstep or letterbox if you are not around.

Download the M1 Maxx app and activate your SIM card in 3 steps
1. Scan barcode at the back of your SIM card, choose your new number and enter the activation code on the receipt that we have emailed to you.
2. Use Singpass or scan your physical ID to verify your identity that you have given during sign-up.
3. Insert your SIM card into your device. We’ll SMS you once it’s activated.

Maxx’s Rewards/Refer a Friend program

Refer your friends to sign up with Maxx via the Maxx e-Store and treat yourself to a $3 GrabFood voucher code when they successfully activate their Maxx SIM card.

The Maxx Rewards/Refer a Friend program is applicable for every sign up via the Maxx e-Store.

The rewards program is not eligible for sign-ups processed at Maxx authorized retailers.

Simply share your unique referral code found in your Maxx welcome e-mail with friends and have them enter the code in the referral code field on the buy page.

They may proceed to complete their sign up and activate their SIM card once delivery has been fulfilled.

Upon successful activation of your friend’s SIM card, you will receive your GrabFood voucher code in your inbox within 2 working days.

The GrabFood voucher code will only be credited into your account once your friend has successfully activated their SIM card.

Port-in

Yes, simply purchase a M1 Maxx Plan first. After you have activated your line, go to M1 Maxx App > Select “Account” > “Port-in to Maxx” and provide the following information:
•  Mobile Number to be Ported in
•  Service Provider
Please ensure that the subscriber for M1 Maxx Plan and the ported in number are the same. Currently we only support port in from non-M1 plans to M1 Maxx Plan. The entire port-in process will take up to 3 working days and you will receive SMS notification on the status.

“Port In unsuccessful. Please obtain a Letter of Ownership from your Donor Operator and email maxxsupport@m1.com.sg. Ensure that the ID stated in Letter of Ownership is the same as the ID used for Maxx Registration. Refer to Maxx FAQ for more info”
We are unable to process your Port-In request due to information mismatch. Please obtain a Letter of Ownership from your Donor Operator (Singtel / Starhub / TPG) and email a picture of the letter to maxxsupport@m1.com.sg. The ID stated in the Letter of Ownership must be the same as the ID used for Maxx Registration.

Manage My Plan

You can check your usages, balances, view bill and manage your account via M1 Maxx app. To download M1 Maxx app, please simply scan the following QR code:
 

You can add another add-on via M1 Maxx app > Buy tab anytime you need more data, talktime and SMS. Or, purchase it at any of the selected M1 Authorised Retailers.

Simply purchase another 30 days add-on via M1 Maxx app > Buy tab! Alternatively, you can do it via any of the selected M1 Authorised Retailers. The new add-on will commence once purchase is made.

Roaming & IDD

To make international call, dial:

No, you will not be able to send outgoing SMS while roaming.

You will only be able to receive incoming SMS. You will not be able to use data, make incoming / outgoing calls and outgoing SMS.

Damaged/Lost of SIM card

1) Visit any retailer and request for a new free blank SIM card. We will request for some verification.
2) Call 1693 [daily, 9am-9pm] to resume your service. Please be prepared to provide the 18-digit number found on the back of the SIM card.

General FAQs

If you have enabled iMessage / Google verification, a verification SMS will automatically be sent to Apple / Google when you insert a new SIM into your phone and this SMS is deducted from your Local SMS balance.

You may make payment via M1 Shop at Peranakan (Daily 12pm-6pm). Please bring along your M1 Maxx SIM and present the $5 charge SMS. Your plan will be reactivated after successful payment.

Add-ons is based on a 24-hour clock cycle with the day of activation being day 1 at 0000 hours and expires on 0000 hours on the expiry date. For example, you have purchased a 30 days add-on on 1 August, 1500 hours. The validity will start from 1 August, 0000 hours and will expire on 31 August, 0000 hours. The expiry date in the Maxx App refers to that add-on will expire on that date at 0000 hours.
