We’re saying goodbye to Connecting Tones.


We’ll be discontinuing this service from 1 December 2021 as we continuously update and improve our offering to serve you better.

 

M1 Connecting Tones is a value-added service, which allows you to replace the normal connecting tone with a special effect connecting tone and/or a DIY connecting tone (e.g., self-created connecting tone).
M1 are always reviewing its service to keep up with the mobile need. To improve our services, we may have to withdraw, suspend and change our services to serve you better. M1 Connecting Tones service will be discontinued from 1 December 2021.
We’re sorry to inform you that there is no service replacement for Connecting Tones. From 1 December 2021 onwards, special effect connecting tone and/or a DIY connecting tone will be replaced with normal ringing tone.
For postpaid subscribers
The last day of subscription will be on 30 November 2021. Charges will be pro-rated. No action is required on your end, and you will not be charged from 1 December 2021 onwards. You can view your current subscription by logging into Connecting Tones.
For prepaid subscribers
The last day of subscription will be on 30 November 2021. No action is required on your end and you will not be charged from 1 December 2021 onwards. You can view your current subscription by logging into Connecting Tones.
You can view existing tones subscription via https://connectingtones.m1.com.sg/, however you are unable to add on, revise or make any changes to existing tracks. Registration for connecting tones will not be available via the website
Yes, you can unsubscribe via the following channels:
For postpaid subscribers
  • My M1 App > Account tab > Value Added Services > Music & Entertainment
  • Manage My Account > Services > Manage Value-Added Services > Music & Entertainment
  • SMS UNSUB to 2277 (prevailing SMS charges apply)

 

For prepaid subscribers
  • SMS UNSUB to 2277 (prevailing SMS charges apply)
