  • What are the mobile plans eligible for IDD 021 Saver?
    All Free Incoming Call plans, including plans with unlimited talktime or unlimited talktime, are eligible for IDD 021 Saver.

  • I have subscribed to IDD 021 Saver. When I make an international call, how is the call charged?
    IDD 021 calls to any of the 19 countries are deductible from the free outgoing talktime bundle included in your mobile plan. Any excess usage will be charged at local outgoing call rate. In addition, IDD 021 calls exceeding 700 minutes will be charged at prevailing IDD 021 rates based on the respective destinations.

  • If my talktime bundle is 300 minutes and I only use it to make 650 minutes of international calls, how will I be charged?
    The first 300 minutes will be deductible from your talktime bundle and the excess 350 minutes will be charged at local outgoing call rate.

  • If my talktime bundle is 300 minutes and I only use it to make 800 minutes of international calls, how will I be charged?
    The first 300 minutes will be deductible from your talktime bundle. The 301st minute to 800th minute will be charged at local outgoing call rate and the 701st minute to 800th minute will be additionally charged at prevailing IDD 021 rates based on the respective call destinations.

  • If my talktime bundle is 1,000 minutes and I only use it to make 800 minutes of international calls, how will I be charged?
    100 minutes (701st to 800th minutes) will be charged at prevailing IDD 021 rates based on respective call destinations.

  • Are calls made to mobile lines in Australia, UK and New Zealand included in the 700 minutes cap?
    Calls made to mobile lines in Australia, UK and New Zealand are chargeable at fixed rates of $0.28/min, $0.30/min and $0.50/min respectively. They are not included in the 700 minutes cap.

  • My talktime bundle is 700 minutes. I have made 699 minutes of IDD 021 Saver calls. If I make another 2 calls each lasting 45 seconds, how will I be charged?
    Calls for both local and international are charged by per minute blocks. You will be charged for 1minute of IDD 021 call. All IDD calls are also subject to local call charges..

  • How do I make international calls using IDD 021 Saver?
    To make international calls using IDD 021 Saver, you can         
    • Manually dial <021>+<Country Code>+<Area Code>+< Call Party’s Number> or
    • Directly dial from phonebook with number saved with prefix <021>+<Country Code>+<Area Code>+< Call Party’s Number>

    Returning a call from the missed call list from your phone will result in being charged at Premium IDD 002 rates, as it will automatically be prefixed with (+) and dialled out as an international call. 

  • What rates would I be charged if i re-dial an overseas call from my missed calls list?
    Returning a call from the missed call list from your phone will result in being charged at Premium IDD 002 rates, as it will be automatically be prefixed with (+) and dialled out as an international call.
