With effect from February 2019, M1 Prepaid Mastercard and the M1 PMC App will be managed by card issuer EZ-Link, as part of its FEVO family, and the M Card Top-up service will no longer be available. Existing customers can continue to use the card as a Prepaid Mastercard for secure purchases at merchants worldwide and online or as an EZ-Link for public transportation, retail and other services in Singapore. To check balance and transactions, as well as top up your Prepaid Mastercard after February 2019, download the FEVO App, or visit the FEVO website.

NOTICE: With effect from 1 February 2018, all cash top-ups will cease for M1 Prepaid MasterCard.
This change will be in effect to further strengthen the risk management of prepaid cards.
