Why should I pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series with M1?
M1 offers exclusive deals, including attractive device pricing, complimentary gifts, and discounts valued at up to SGD 2,000.
When will I receive my pre-ordered device?
Once you made successful pre-order for your desired Samsung Galaxy Z series device and payment at M1 Shop. You may collect your new Samsung Galaxy Z device from 22 July 2025 from your designated M1 Shop that you have indicated during the pre-order. Do note that collection date may be subject to changes due to stock availability.
Can I pre-order if I’m not currently an M1 customer?
Yes, non-M1 customers can also pre-order because you can enjoy exclusive savings and freebies worth up to $2,000.
You can sign up for the M1 Bespoke plan when you pick up your new Samsung Galaxy Z device from the M1 Shop. Please note that your preferred Bespoke Plan will be subject to your eligibility
Is a pre-payment required to place a pre-order? Is the pre-payment refundable?
Yes, a non-refundable SGD20 pre-payment is required to secure your device and associated offers.
This amount will be offset from your purchase when you pre-order with M1.
Can I pre-order more than one device?
You may only pre-order one device per pre-order flow via WhatsApp.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my pre-order?
You will receive a confirmation message when you have completed your pre-order journey on WhatsApp.
Please show the M1 Shop staff your pre-order confirmation (WhatsApp message) for verification.
Will my selected model or variant be guaranteed if I collect it on 22 July?
All pre-orders will be honoured throughout the pre-order period until 31 July 2025.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Modifications may be allowed, subject to stock and shop appointment availability.
However, cancellations will result in a forfeit of the pre-payment.
Can I have my device delivered instead of collecting it in-store?
Currently, all Whatsapp pre-orders are for collection in-store.
Delivery options will be available for purchases starting from 22 July 2025.
I pre-ordered via WhatsApp but will be overseas. Can I still enjoy the pre-order benefits upon my return?
Pre-order offers and benefits are valid for all pre-orders completed by 31 July 2025. Please ensure you collect your pre-ordered device by 31 July 2025 to enjoy the pre-order benefits.
What happens if I miss the collection deadline of 31 July 2025?
If you miss the collection deadline, your pre-order may be forfeited, and the pre-payment will not be refunded.
How do I select my desired plans?
During pre-order period, you can select your desired plan via M1 shop when you collect and make payment for your desired Samsung Galaxy Z series. Please note that your desired plan will be subject to your eligibility
(i) FREE Harman Kardon Speaker
New or port-in customers who sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period will be entitled to a Harman Kardon speaker, while stocks last. Customers who pre-ordered the Eligible Devices via Whatsapp chatbot or purchased the Eligible Devices via M1 physical store can collect the Harman Kardon Speaker immediately from M1 physical store. Customers who purchased the Eligible Devices via M1 online shop will have the Harman Kardon speaker delivered to their address which they have indicated during the purchase.
(ii) FREE home cinema projector
New or port-in customers who sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the home cinema projector, while stocks last. Eligible customers for the home cinema projector will receive a redemption code through email and SMS within 1.5 month from the date of sign up of the Eligible Plans to redeem the premium via the home cinema projector redemption page. Each redemption for the home cinema projector must be made by the redemption period stated in the redemption email or it will be deemed forfeited.
(iii) FREE Galaxy Buds
Eligible customers will be entitled to the Galaxy earbuds, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Eligible customers cannot choose the type or colours of the earbuds and no warranty will be provided for the Galaxy Buds Customers who pre-ordered the Eligible Devices via Whatsapp chatbot or purchased the Eligible Devices via M1 physical store can collect the Galaxy Buds immediately from M1 physical store. Customers who purchased the Eligible Devices via M1 online shop will have the Galaxy Buds delivered to their address which they have indicated during the purchase. All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
Are there instalment plans available for the Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
Yes, M1 offers flexible instalment plans. Details will be provided during the final purchase process or you may inquire at any M1 Shop.
Are there any trade-in options available for my old device?
Yes, M1 offers trade-in programs. You can check eligibility and estimated trade-in value at www.m1.com.sg/tradeup or at any M1 Shop.
Will my device come with a warranty?
Yes, all Samsung Galaxy Z Series devices come with the standard Samsung warranty. Additional warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
