Can I pre-order more than one device?
Only one device may be pre-ordered at a time. Pre-orders are subject to line eligibility and registration guidelines.

Is full payment required at the time of pre-order?
Yes, to secure your device, full payment must be made at the time of pre-order.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order (model, colour, capacity, etc.) after submission?
All successful pre-orders are final. No amendments or cancellations are allowed once the order is placed. This includes changes to the model, colour, or storage capacity.

When will I receive my iPhone 17?

• Shop collection starts from 19 September 2025

• Home delivery starts from 19 September 2025

What if I’m not home during delivery? Can someone else receive the package?

• For new customers, the purchaser must be physically present to complete a verification process with original documents.

• Existing M1 customers may authorize a representative. The existing M1 customer will receive an OTP, which can be shared with the authorized person for successful delivery.

Yes, M1 will contact you if there are any changes to your delivery or order status.
