1. Complimentary M1 HomePac 1Gbps (Fibre) service has been provided by Lakehomes Pte Ltd, Managing Agent (“Corporate Customer”) of the residential estate known as Lake Life (“Premises”) to Residents of Lake Life (“Residents”) for a pre-determined period from the date of Fibre Broadband service activation (“Commitment Period”). The complimentary M1 HomePac (1Gbps) Fibre service will end on 31 December 2017. Residents’ use of the M1 HomePac 1Gbps (Fibre) service is subject to the terms as set out in this Agreement. Residents’ agreement to these terms is deemed by the continued use of the said service.

  2. Residents will be given an option to sign up for M1 Fibre Broadband service at prevailing rates 3 months before the end of the Commitment Period. Subscription to the M1 HomePac (Fibre) service will subsequently be transferred from the Corporate Customer to the Residents. At the end of the Commitment Period, the M1 HomePac 1Gbps (Fibre) service will be terminated automatically.

  3. M1 Net's General Terms and Conditions, the specific terms and conditions for the provision of the M1 HomePac 1Gbps (Fibre) service and any applicable terms for the provision of M1 High-Speed Fibre Broadband services published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated by reference. M1 Limited's general terms and conditions shall also apply mutatis mutandis where applicable. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the specific terms and conditions for the provision of the M1 HomePac 1Gbps service and M1 Net's General Terms and Conditions, the conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1 Net, as determined by M1 Net in its sole and absolute discretion.
