• Promotion is valid only for eligible customers who received campaign SMS from M1.

  • Eligible customers must be opted in (for auto-renewal) and are required to re-contract on mySIM3 20, mySIM3 40 or mySIM3 50 with a 12-month contract by the end date stipulated in the SMS.

  • Customers must be re-contracted by end date stipulated in the SMS to enjoy the 5GB mySIM Data Add-on (12-month) (“Add-on”) promotion. Add-on will be provisioned only within 6 weeks from the campaign end date.

  • Add-on is valid for 12 months and only applicable for the above mentioned mySIM3 plans with a 12-month contract. Customers who qualify for the promotion will enjoy 6 months free subscription. Thereafter, a monthly subscription fee of $5 applies for the remaining 6 months.

  • Add-on is applicable for local usage and Data Passport usage.

  • For mobile lines with supplementary plan(s), the Add-on is also applicable for supplementary line’s usage.

  • Once unsubscribed within the 12-month period, the Add-on cannot be re-subscribed.

  • Add-on is not transferable and is only valid on the re-contracting line.

  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
