1. Each mobile line may only be subscribed to any one of the following additional data bundled services at any point in time: (a) Upsized Data, (b) Upsized Data Plus; or (c) Upsized Data Super (each referred to as the “Service” and collectively, as the “Services”).
  2. The Service is only available for:
    1. new line sign-up or re-contract on eligible Data Bundled mobile plans or Mobile Broadband plans with eligible 2-year device contract or tariff rebate contract,
    2. new line sign-up or re-contract on eligible mySIM+ mobile plans with eligible 12-month service commitment contract and
    3. mobile lines with an existing eligible contract on eligible Data Bundled, mySIM+ mobile plans or Mobile Broadband plans.
  3. Upon expiry of the applicable contract, depending on the Service subscribed to, the following subscription fees will apply:

    Upsized Data $5.90/month
    Upsized Data Plus $11.80/month
    Upsized Data Super $17.70/month
  4. The applicable registration charge of $10.70 will be waived for (a) new line sign-ups with minimum 1-year contract; (b) re-contracting subscribers; and (c) customers who are already subscribed to and are switching between any of the three Services (Upsized Data, Upsized Data Plus or Upsized Data Super).
  5. The Service subscription fees will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
  6. The Service is available for mobile lines with SurfShare supplementary lines, but the additional data bundle may only be used on the main line.
  7. The Service may only be used for local data usage. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges that have been incurred prior to the activation date.
  8. Subscribers with existing eligible contract on eligible Data Bundled, mySIM+ mobile plans or Mobile Broadband plans may request to switch between any one of the three Services (Upsized Data, Upsized Data Plus or Upsized Data Super) at any time.
    1. The subscriber’s existing Service will be automatically removed upon successful subscription to the new Service.
    2. Applicable monthly subscription fees will not be pro-rated.
  9. M1 reserves the right to withdraw the Services and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
  10. M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
