• Upon the retirement of the Entertainment Data service, if you are subscribed to Entertainment Data as of 16 August 2017 you will receive an additional 3GB data on top of your existing local data bundle per month (“Offer”) for a 6-month period from 1 September 2017 to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period”), which will be reflected in your My M1 App account.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, during the Offer Period:
    1. the additional data offered is for usage within Singapore and overseas data roaming usage on M1 Data Passport; and
    2. any excess data usage (after taking into account the additional data offered) will be chargeable at prevailing rates.

  • This Offer is strictly not transferable and cannot be used with other offers, discounts, vouchers or promotions (including other port-in promotions), unless otherwise stated by M1. Any unutilized amount from the Offer is not refundable and cannot be used to offset other purchases.

  • M1 reserves the right to vary these terms. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

  • Your use of M1’s services is subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable service-specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
