    Toggle is Mediacorp’s digital entertainment service that offers a wide variety of local content options – videos on-demand, Toggle Originals, live coverage of key events, and behind-the-scenes exclusives to viewers across multiple devices – computers, tablets, smartphones, Smart TVs and Apple TVs.

  2. Who can subscribe to Toggle Prime?

    All M1 Postpaid Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Home Broadband customers can subscribe to the service.

  3. How can I subscribe to Toggle Prime?

    You can subscribe to Toggle Prime here. After subscription is completed, please close the browser. Please note that one (1) Mobile line/Mobile Broadband subscription/Home Broadband subscription can only sign up for one (1) Toggle Prime account.

  4. How can I unsubscribe to Toggle Prime?

    You can unsubscribe to Toggle Prime via ‘My Account’ here. Please note that you can only unsubscribe to Toggle Prime via your account.

  5. Do I get a refund for early termination of service?

    There is no refund for early cancellation but you will still be able to watch shows on Toggle until your subscription ends.

  6. I have just unsubscribed from Toggle Prime but under ‘My Subscriptions’, it still shows that my subscription is ‘Active’. Why is that so?

    As you will still be able to use Toggle until the end of the month after unsubscribing, it will still show that your subscription is ‘Active’ until your subscription ends.

  7. How can I access Toggle Prime on my mobile device upon subscription?

    You may download the ‘Toggle’ app from Google Play or App Store to start watching your subscription content with your registered email and password or Facebook account.

  9. If I terminate my M1 Postpaid mobile line/Mobile Broadband service/Home Broadband service, will my Toggle Prime subscription end automatically?

    If you terminate your M1 Postpaid mobile line/Mobile Broadband service/Home Broadband service, you will still be able to access Toggle Prime until the end of your current charging period. Thereafter, your Toggle Prime subscription will end automatically. Please note that there is no refund for early cancellation.

  10. Will my Toggle Prime subscription be affected if I change my M1 mobile number?

    Yes, your Toggle Prime subscription will end automatically but you will still be able to use Toggle Prime until the end of your current charging period.

  11. Will there be any data charges if I access Toggle Prime on mobile device?

    Yes, prevailing data charges apply.

  12. If I am overseas, will I be charged for data roaming charges if I access Toggle Prime?

    Yes, standard data roaming charges will apply when accessing Toggle Prime.

  13. Can I access my Toggle Prime subscription on more than one device?

    You can sign in to Toggle on up to five (5) mobile devices per account. However, you can only watch videos on Toggle on one device at any one time.

  14. I have already accessed Toggle on 5 mobile devices. Am I able to change the mobile devices to access Toggle?
