The annual youth theatre festival, M1 Peer Pleasure presented by ArtsWok Collaborative, in collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay that showcases youth driven plays with a social conscience is back this year with exciting offerings.

Catch a play about refugees, devised by participants from Down Syndrome Association – Singapore; explore the trappings of social media portrayed through The Box by the students from St Anthony’s Canossian Secondary School; immerse yourself in crowdsourced stories about mental health issues in a play staged by UNSAID; and support the work of an exciting youth playwright in a festival commission that highlights the struggles of negotiating interracial relationships and identities in modern day Singapore.

And if that's not enough, check out the engagement programmes featuring a workshop by The Necessary Stage on their unique devising methodology as well as dialogues with the theatre-makers.

M1 Customers and Staff enjoy 10% off all plays. To enjoy the offer, simply present your latest M1 bill or mobile phone upon booking of tickets at SISTIC authorised agents or quote M1PP17 for purchases through online. Visit www.peerpleasure.org to learn more.
