- Call the hotline at 6788 8788 (Monday – Friday, 830am – 830pm) and identify yourself as a M1 customer so that the hotline staff is informed. A qualified service provider will then follow up with a call to arrange for a site survey.
- Submit an online request here and include (M1) beside your name. Your request will be assigned to a qualified service provider who will contact you directly to arrange for a site survey.
