Just download the M1 Prepaid App or log in to m1.com.sg/prepaidportal.

Manage your account in English, Chinese, Bahasa, Tamil or Bengali.

- Check your balance
- Top up your card
- Purchase data and add-ons
- Activate data roaming

How to Activate eSIM

Before setting up, please ensure that your device supports eSIM and you have data connectivity (e.g. Wi-Fi).

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Add Cellular Plan / Add Mobile Plan / Add Data Plan
3. Scan the QR code provided to you when prompted

How to Activate Roaming

Data roaming is activated for your SIM by default. Turn on mobile data and data/ international roaming settings on your mobile phone and connect to our preferred overseas partner network.
