Corporate Mobile Plan Discount is valid for 24 months with selected Fibre BizPac (Dynamic) bundle subscription, thereafter prevailing rates apply. 50% off Voice Roaming applies to top 20 countries only and 10% off for rest of the world on prevailing retail rate. Malaysia’s Call International is at 10% discount. Roaming SMS – flat 10% off whole world. Free 1GB local data add on is free for 24 months only, thereafter prevailing rates apply.

M1 SIP Trunk: Promotions are open to new and existing customers with M1 Business Fibre Broadband contracts. M1 SIP 5 promotion will be charged at an effective rate of $52.43/month. One-time charges apply for both the SIP 5 promotion and optional add-on IP-PBX hardware. Caller Number Display applies to minimum number of concurrent calls provision-able (8 concurrent calls). A 24-month Service Commitment Contract with early termination charges on service plan, its corresponding bundled value-added service and top-up offer package apply unless otherwise stated. M1 Cloud Application Services (Backup-as-a-Service): Promotion offer consists of 550GB of cloud storage with five (5) Windows Enterprise PC backup agents only. A 12-month Service Commitment Contract with early termination charges applies unless otherwise stated. Customer will be billed based on the number of backup agents he or she subscribes to, in addition to any additional backup agents he or she activates and actual Backup Storage used via the self-service portal. Customer will be charged based on actual Backup Storage used, not Backup Storage subscribed. Customer can activate and/or deactivate backup agents in the self-service portal at any time and will be charged accordingly.
M1 Cloud Application Email-As-A-Service: Promotions are open to new and existing customers with no M1 Email-As-A-Service contracts. Promotional price of $10.70 per month applies to a single user account with a single e-mail address on a single domain with 5GB of storage completely allocated to this single account. Any additional users or e-mail accounts are charged at a promotional rate of $10.70 per month per user. The customer is responsible for the security of his account information, including without limitation passwords and/or encryption keys in relation to the Service. M1 does not store any user’s encryption key in its server. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to safeguard their encryption key and M1 is not liable for any loss incurred due to misplaced of lost keys. The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to backup all data whilst using the Service. 12 months Service Commitment Contract with early termination charges applies to all services unless otherwise stated.
