  1. Which device can the Payboy software run on?
    It is device independent and can work on any mobile, iPad, and PC.

  2. What is required to run the Payboy software?
    As Payboy runs entirely on the cloud, you will only need to have an Internet connection to access the application.

  3. Is there a minimum subscription period?
    There is an 18-months contract if customer signs up for Payboy solution package under M1 Start Digital. However, there will not be any cancellation charge if you wish to cancel your subscription after the first 6 months free period. For more information, please visit www.payboy.biz

    Yes, Payboy is localised and compliant with MOM regulations and Labour Laws. Payboy is a local company and was created with the vision of being the number 1 Payroll and HR software in Singapore. We fully comply with all MOM regulations and labour laws and are always up to date on the latest changes by MoM.

    We provide online and phone support during office hours, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, for as long as you are using our software. Do note that we do not charge for support.

  8. Does Payboy work on the cloud?
    Yes, Payboy can be used remotely by any employee or administrator from any location. We allow your employees to clock-in and out daily with their smart phone even from their home! This is especially important for companies that have previously used an on-premise HR software.

  9. Are there any hidden fees/costs?
    There are no hidden fees and costs for our software. The fees breakdown is stated in the quotation and our consultants will explain the fees to you in a transparent manner.

  10. Is the software scalable with the company’s growth?
    Yes, our software can be comfortably used for companies from 2 employees to over 1000 employees. We are also constantly upgrading and updating our system to make the experience better and more accessible to users and administrators.
