    HR Solutions is a web based employee Human Resource Management portal to help companies manage their workforce better. We have 2 solutions to choose from

    • HR Solutions - Includes Leave and Claims management modules
    • HR Solutions Plus - Includes Leave, Claims and Payroll management modules

  2. What can I do with HR Solutions?

    HR Solution helps companies to stay compliant with the government rules and companies can streamline their operations with the HR portal.

  3. How do I access HR Solutions?

    HR Solutions is a cloud based solution. You can access it via internet. We also have a mobile version that is available for employees to manage their leave and claims matters on-the-go.

  4. Can different users have different access levels?

    Yes, HR solutions is a role-based system. You can assign different roles to the same employee.

  5. Can I import/export Excel data?

    Yes, HR Solutions supports import and export of CSV files as a default.

  6. Will my firewall block access to HR Solutions application?

    No, HR Solutions is a web based solution. If you can access websites like Google, Yahoo, you should also be able to access to our solution.

  7. What businesses will HR Solutions suit?

    This solution is perfect for companies ranging from 5 to 30 employees; it can even be scaled up to companies of larger employee size.

Getting Started with HR Solutions

  1. How do I sign up for this service?

    Please provide us with your contact details and our Account Manager will get in touch with you shortly. Alternatively, you may also call our Corporate Customer Hotline at 1622, or email business@m1.com.sg.

  2. What happens after I signed up for the service?

    Upon successful sign up of the service, your designated email for the service will receive login credentials from M1. Simply click on the link in the email and you would be able to gain access to the powerful features of HR Solutions.

  3. What is included in the subscription?

    The subscription of HR Solutions will encompass 1 admin account seat and remaining seats for the rest of your employees. For each new subscription, (not applicable to additional users) one will be entitled to a FREE one-time training session to learn more about the service.

  4. How am I supposed to pay for this service?

    As part of M1 service offering, your HR Solutions subscription will be featured on your monthly M1 bill as an additional line item.

  5. Is there any training to use HR Solutions?

    Yes, for each new subscription (not applicable to additional users) comes with a free one-time training by appointment only. More information of the training will be available once you receive your login credentials after signing up for the service. Subsequent trainings can be arranged at a nominal fee.

  6. How long does it take to setup HR Solutions?

    Within 5 to 7 working days, you will receive the login email from M1.

  7. What is the minimum period of subscription for HR Solutions?

    The minimum subscription for HR Solutions will be 12 months.

  8. Is Web Presence Builder eligible for PIC (Product and Innovation Credit)?

    Yes, HR Solutions is part of M1 Cloud Services offering. For more information on PIC, visit http://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/picredit.aspx.

Security of HR Solutions

  1. How secure is my corporate data with HR Solutions?

    HR Solutions is hosted on M1's ISO27001 certified infrastructurewith full-fledged data centre facilities and security. In addition, all data transmission are encrypted with SSL (Secured Socket Layer) certificate.

  2. How often will backups of my data take place?

    HR Solutions runs on storage mediums with RAID 5 configuration to ensure that your data is always safe. Furthermore, there will be a nightly backup of all customers database and we keep a rotating 14 days backup these data.

  3. Is my corporate data shared with anyone else?

    No. Your data will not be shared with any third parties as we treat your corporate data with utmost confidentiality.
