  1. What is meWATCH?
    meWATCH (previously Toggle) is Mediacorp’s video service offering free access to local/made-in-Singapore on-demand dramas, entertainment, news, sports and LIVE programmes. Enjoy these and more on your mobile, Smart TV, tablet and computer.

  2. What is meWATCH Prime?
    meWATCH Prime is a subscription plan on meWATCH that gives you access to priority viewing of the latest Mediacorp programmes and more, at least 7 days ahead of free users. What’s more, enjoy ad-free access to on-demand videos and unlimited download of shows for offline viewing.

  3. Who can subscribe to meWATCH Prime?
    All M1 Postpaid Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Home Broadband customers can subscribe to the service.

  4. How can I subscribe to meWATCH Prime?
    You can subscribe to meWATCH Prime here. After your subscription is completed, please close the browser. Please note that one (1) Mobile line/Mobile Broadband subscription/Home Broadband subscription can only sign up for one (1) meWATCH Prime subscription plan.

  5. How can I unsubscribe to meWATCH Prime?
    You can unsubscribe to meWATCH Prime via ‘My Account’ here. Please note that you can only unsubscribe to meWATCH Prime via your account.

  6. Do I get a refund for early termination of service?
    There is no refund for early cancellation but you will still be able to watch shows on meWATCH until your subscription ends.

  7. I have just unsubscribed from meWATCH Prime but under ‘My Subscriptions’, it still shows that my subscription is ‘Active’. Why is that so?
    You will still have access to meWATCH Prime until the end of the billing date. Hence, your subscription will remain as ‘Active’ until the subscription period ends.

  8. How can I access meWATCH Prime on my mobile device upon subscription?
    You may download the ‘meWATCH’ app from Google Play or App Store for free. To access content under meWATCH Prime, sign in with your registered email and password or via your social accounts (Facebook / Google).

  9. What are the compatible mobile operating systems for the meWATCH App?

  10. If I terminate my M1 Postpaid Mobile Line/Mobile Broadband Service/Home Broadband Service, will my meWATCH Prime subscription end automatically?
    If you terminate your M1 Postpaid Mobile Line/Mobile Broadband Service/Home Broadband Service, you will still be able to access meWATCH Prime until the end of your current billing period. Thereafter, your meWATCH Prime subscription will end automatically. Please note that there is no refund for early cancellation.

  11. Will my meWATCH Prime subscription be affected if I change my M1 mobile number?
    Yes, your meWATCH Prime subscription will end automatically but you will still be able to use meWATCH Prime until the end of your current billing period.

  12. Will there be any data charges if I access meWATCH on my mobile device?
    Yes, prevailing data charges apply.

  13. If I am overseas, will I be charged for data roaming charges if I access meWATCH?
    Yes, standard data roaming charges will apply when accessing meWATCH.

  14. Can I access my meWATCH subscription on more than one device?
    Streaming is supported on 2 compatible devices at a time & available for overseas viewing, unless otherwise stated. For full FAQs, please click here.

  15. I have maxed out the number of devices that I can use to access meWATCH. How can I manage my devices if I want to change them?
