Is 4G data usage charged separately from 3G data usage?
No, 4G data usage is charged the same as 3G data usage. Your mobile plan’s data bundle and/or add-ons are applicable for both 4G and 3G data usage.
How do I check how much data I have used?
You can check your data usage via M1 App.
How will I know that I am connected to 4G network on my mobile phone?
The 4G signal will be indicated on your 4G smartphone signal bar.
I have subscribed to M1’s 4G service. Why is it that my voice calls are made on 3G instead of 4G?
Please select “VoLTE” under device settings to turn on 4G voice.
Why can’t my 4G smartphone/4G USB stick from overseas work on M1’s 4G network?
Different operators around the world employ different 4G technology. Your 4G smartphone or 4G USB stick may have been configured to run only on a country-specific 4G network. This may possibly be why it is not compatible with M1’s 4G network.
