1. Tablet Promotion is open to new/existing customers who are not under any other M1 device contract. 24 months' device contract applies. Customers are entitled to purchase a new tablet at the advertised retail price. Prices inclusive of GST. Charges for any premature termination or downgrade of bill plan will apply. $37.45 SIM card and $10.70 registration charges apply for new line connection. $37.45 SIM card charge is also applicable for SIM exchange. Customer should transfer/ back up SIM data before proceeding with a SIM exchange.

  2. The following charges apply if the postpaid SIM card is used for voice calls and outgoing SMS.

  3. Data usage benefits offered in M1 Data Plans applies to local usage only and exclude roaming, international calls and other special services charges. For roaming usage outside of Singapore, foreign operators' 4G/3G/GPRS rates apply. Data charge bill-caps are exclusive of subscription and overseas data roaming charges.

  4. HSPA/4G/3G/GPRS services are subject to network availability, device capability and other conditions as may be applicable.

  5. The speed of M1's data services may vary depending on coverage, location, devices used, network traffic and the type of data being transmitted. M1 does not warrant that the data services will be uninterrupted, continuously available, bug-free, virus-free and/or error-free.

  6. Customers shall ensure that the SIM cards are used on compatible devices. M1 will not be responsible for any failure or damage to any Device whatsoever due to, caused by or in relation to misuse of the SIM cards.

  7. M1 will not be responsible for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the data services or any technical issue that may arise from or in relation to any Device or hardware that Customers may have connected to the Device.

  8. M1 shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your use of M1's data services.

  9. M1's terms and conditions for the provision of services, including the M1 General Terms and Conditions and any applicable specific terms and conditions and plans, as published at www.m1.com.sg, are hereby incorporated herein and shall also apply to the M1 Mobile Broadband service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any of these terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1 and its affiliates, as determined by M1 at its sole and absolute discretion. .
