1. The ICC 1818 service (“Service”) is available to customers who purchase the ICC 1818 card (“Card”) from M1 Limited (“M1”).

  2. The Card is strictly not refundable once it is sold. For avoidance of doubt, M1 will not provide refunds for any unused value in the Card.

  3. The PIN number printed on each Card is unique to the Card and the customer is solely responsible for safeguarding it from any unauthorised use.

  4. All calls made via the Service are charged in blocks of 1 minute. In addition:
    1. A $0.30 connection charge is applicable after the first minute for calls made to the following countries on mobile or fixed lines:
      • Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City and Vietnam.

    2. A $0.30 connection charge is applicable after the first minute for calls made to the following countries on payphones:
      • Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City and Vietnam.

    3. A $0.08 per minute charge is applicable for all calls made from any payphones dialing 1818.

  5. M1 reserves the right to revise or amend the call rates to the various destinations at any time. Such changes will be published on our website at www.m1.com.sg (“Website”), and you are deemed to have agreed to these changes by your continued use of the Services. Please visit our Website periodically or call the M1 Prepaid Hotline at 1800-843 8288 (toll-free) between 9am to 9pm to check for latest updates on rates.

  6. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and customers accept that access to or use of the Service is at customers’ own risk. M1 has not made and makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, security, compatibility, timeliness, reliability, quality, suitability, originality or non-infringement of the Service, and M1 has not warranted and does not warrant that the Service will be provided uninterrupted or be available at all times or free from errors or viruses or that any identified defect can be corrected. To the extent M1 provides you with assistance in connection with any of the above, such assistance shall in no event be deemed an acknowledgement and/or acceptance of any liability on M1's part.

  7. M1 shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any damages, liabilities, losses and/or claims whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, as a result of theft, misuse or unauthorised use of the PIN number; or as a result of such customer or third party’s use of the Card and/or the Service.

  8. The customer shall indemnify M1 against any damages, liabilities, losses and/or claims which M1 may suffer directly or indirectly resulting from such customer’s acts or omissions or arising from such customer’s use of the Card and/or the Service.

  9. All information provided by M1 is accurate at the time of print. M1 may revise and/or amend the terms in relation to the Service (including any applicable promotional terms and rates) at any time from time to time. M1 will, where it is reasonably practicable to do so, give customers reasonable advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, M1’s website, Customers’ bills or such forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such revisions and/or amendments.

  10. Use of the Service is subject to customers’ compliance with these Terms and Conditions and M1’s General Terms and Conditions which are published on our Website. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any applicable terms and conditions, such conflict and inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
