Mobile Plans
Free bundled talktime, SMS/MMS and data extends to local usage unless otherwise stated. Excess local voice and video call usage is charged at 16.05 cents per minute, with a minimum one-minute charge and billed per second thereafter. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls made to "1800" local toll free service numbers. Excess SMS is charged at 5.35 cents each and excess MMS is charged at 32.1 cents (30kb and below)/ 85.6 cents (above 30kb) each. Separate $37.45 SIM card and $10.70 registration charges apply for new line connection. $37.45 SIM card charge is also applicable for SIM exchange.

Local Mobile Data Service
For plans without Free Local Data Bundle, local mobile data services are pre-activated. Usage is charged at $0.107/10KB and capped at $295.32 per month. For plans with Free Local Data Bundle, excess usage above the Free Local Data Bundle is charged at $2.14 per MB, up to $10.70 per GB and capped at $188.32 per month. Local mobile data service will be activated upon re-contract on plans with Free Local Data Bundle even if local mobile data service was previously de-activated. While roaming overseas, prevailing data roaming charges will apply. Local mobile data services are available with theoretical download speed of 7.2Mbps and typical download speed range of 2.3 - 5.1Mbps (at fixed locations).

4G VAS
4G VAS is applicable on Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, Max+, i-Lite, i-Lite+, i-Reg, i-Reg+, i-Max, i-Max+, ConnectSurf, BlackBerry MessageSurf+ and SurfShare plan only. Monthly subscription of 4G VAS is waived permanently. Theoretical download speed of 300Mbps and typical download speed range of 41.4 - 103.4Mbps (at fixed locations) is only available with 4G service on compatible 4G devices.

Free Value-added Services
Airtime charges apply for incoming calls to Voicemail and retrieval of Voicemail messages. Prevailing roaming usage charges apply when Voicemail service is used overseas. Registration charges and first month’s subscription for Caller Number Display are waived for new line sign-ups only.

Unlimited Usage
Unlimited" Calls, Messaging and Data usage are restricted to personal use and non-commercial purposes only. Any abuse, such as, but not limited to, SMS/MMS broadcasts or sending unsolicited material (Spam), will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, in M1's sole discretion. “Unlimited” SMS/MMS is only valid for SMS/MMS sent to any local mobile numbers. “Unlimited” Calls are only applicable to local voice and video calls. For the avoidance of doubt, M1’s Traffic Management Policy will apply.

Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers
"Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers" (the "Service") applies to local voice calls only. The Service is not available to M1 customers on the Max+, i-Max+, mySIM 125 and SurfShare plans. Subscribers may nominate up to 3 M1 Numbers under this Service. Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers is not applicable on mobile lines with Senior Benefits. Subscribers may not nominate their own M1 number for the Service. Numbers nominated for this Service may not be nominated for MobileCam Saver. A $10.70 administrative charge applies for any change of the nominated M1 numbers. M1 reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Service without prior notice to subscribers in the event of any proven or suspected fraudulent use or misuse of the Service.

Youth Benefits
Youth Benefits are applicable to all students and full-time National Servicemen on Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, i-Lite, i-Lite+, i-Reg, i-Reg+ and i-Max plans (“Youth”). Corporate customers are not eligible for Youth Benefits. Each Youth may use his/her student pass/SAF identity card for one postpaid mobile line only. Youths must be aged 26 years or below, as indicated by year of birth, upon sign-up/re-contract. If the Youth is not signing-up personally, the applicant signing up on behalf of the Youth must be (i) aged 21 years or above, and (ii) an immediate family member (e.g. parents, grandparents, siblings) sharing the same residential address as the Youth. Youth must present his/her original NRIC and the original student pass/SAF identity card upon sign-up/re-contract. For purposes of verification, applicant signing up on behalf of the Youth must also present the Youth’s original NRIC or proof of the Youth’s residential address. Youth Benefits are valid for 24 months with new line sign-up or re-contract with a 2-year contract. Re-registration is required upon expiry of benefits, with re-contract on eligible plans and proof of valid student pass/SAF identity card. Youth Benefits are not valid on mobile lines with Senior Benefits. Unlimited Free SMS & MMS is only valid for SMS & MMS sent to any local mobile numbers. Free Campus & Army Camp Calls (worth $32.10/mth) is applicable after bundled talktime for local voice calls made within the designated Campus & Army Camp Zones to any local residential and mobile numbers. Any usage in excess of the value of the Free Campus & Army Camp Calls as stated will be chargeable at prevailing rates. Free 2GB/3GB local data bundle is available on a promotional basis, and is valid for customers who sign up or re-contract by 31 March 2017 on i/Lite+ or i/Reg plans with Youth Benefits. Free additional local data bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to activation date.

Senior Benefits
Senior Benefits are applicable to all senior citizens on Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, i-Lite, i-Lite+, i-Reg, i-Reg+ and i-Max plans (“Senior”). Corporate customers are not eligible for Senior Benefits. Each Senior may use his/her NRIC for one postpaid mobile line only. Seniors must be aged 55 years or above, as indicated by year of birth, upon sign-up/re-contract. If the Senior is not signing-up personally, the applicant signing up on behalf of the Senior must be (i) aged 21 years or above, and (ii) an immediate family member (e.g. children, siblings, grandchildren, spouse) sharing the same residential address as the Senior. Senior must present his/her original NRIC upon sign-up/re-contract. For purposes of verification, applicant signing up on behalf of the Senior must also present the Senior’s original NRIC or proof of the Senior's residential address. Senior Benefits are valid for 24 months with new line sign-up or re-contract with a 2-year contract. Re-registration is required upon expiry of benefits, with re-contract on eligible plans and proof of original NRIC. For customers who have registered for Senior Benefits from 10 March 2016 onwards, re-registration is not required. Senior Benefits are not valid on mobile lines with Youth Benefits or SunSurf/BlackBerry value-added services. Unlimited Free Calls to 5 M1 Numbers applies to local voice calls only. Upon activation of Senior Benefits, existing 3 M1 Numbers will be de-activated and Seniors must re-nominate up to 5 M1 Numbers to enjoy free calls to the nominated numbers. Seniors may nominate any 5 M1 Numbers except their own M1 number. Numbers nominated for Unlimited Free Calls to 5 M1 Numbers may not be nominated for MobileCam Saver. Free additional local data bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to activation date.

Sunriser Handset Re-contract Discount
For new lines on Max+ and i-Max+ plans, Handset Re-contract Discount will only apply at the completion of 12 months Sunriser membership. Other Sunrisers terms and conditions apply.

SurfShare Plan
SurfShare plans are only applicable for new and existing postpaid mobile lines without handset contract, as a supplementary line to a main line subscribed to Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, i-Lite+, i-Reg, i-Reg+ or i-Max plans. SurfShare plan is applicable as a supplementary line to main lines with Youth/Senior Benefits and/or Data+ Add-on, but subscribers are allowed to share only the main line’s data, talktime and SMS/MMS bundles. Customers can sign up to a maximum of 2 SurfShare lines subject to a maximum of 4 supplementary lines per NRIC / FIN. The main and supplementary line(s) must be registered under the same NRIC / FIN, in the same account. Corporate customers whose mobile lines are registered under their company's name will not be eligible to subscribe to SurfShare plans. SurfShare plans will share free bundled data, talktime and SMS/MMS with the main line. Free additional 1GB data bundle for re-contracting customers (if applicable) is available for use on the main line only. Free 500MB data bundle is added to the main line’s data bundle for sharing with supplementary line. Data, talktime and SMS/MMS usage by the main line and/or supplementary line(s) in excess of the bundle will be charged at $10.70 per GB capped at $188.32 per month, 16.05 cents per minute, 5.35 cents per SMS and 32.1 cents (30kb and below) or 85.6 cents (above 30kb) per MMS respectively. These SurfShare benefits may not be available immediately at the point of new line connection and may take up to 5 days for processing to be completed. Any usage within this period may not be deducted from the free bundle and will be charged on a pay-per-use basis. SIM card charge of $37.45 and registration fee of $10.70 are applicable, unless otherwise stated. All value-added services on the supplementary line(s) are chargeable. Handset offers with 2-year contract are not eligible for SurfShare plans. SurfShare lines are not eligible for Multi-Service Saver programme. The main line must remain active and subscribed to one of the eligible bill plans in order for the supplementary line(s) to utilize the main line’s data, talktime and SMS/MMS bundle. In the event that the main line is (1) terminated, (2) suspended, (3) ported out, (4) converted to a non-eligible mobile plan, or (5) transferred to another subscriber, the supplementary line(s) will continue to incur a monthly subscription fee of $12.84 and any usage will be charged on a pay-per-use basis.

IDD 021 Saver
IDD 021 Saver is only applicable to voice calls made to any residential and mobile line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam and only to any residential line in Australia, UK and New Zealand. Voice calls made to any mobile line in Australia, UK and New Zealand are chargeable at fixed rates of $0.28/min, $0.30/min and $0.50/min respectively. IDD 021 voice calls are deductible from the free outgoing calls bundle included on the main mobile plan and charged at local outgoing call rate after the free bundle is fully consumed. Free IDD 021 calls are capped at 700 minutes, after which prevailing IDD 021 rates based on the respective call destinations will apply. Applicable only with correct dialing sequence. ConnectSurf Plan
ConnectSurf Plan is only applicable for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) living in Singapore, which includes members and clients of the Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf) and the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). Applicants must produce their PWDs concession card or SADeaf/SAVH membership card, as may be applicable, upon sign-up for verification purposes. Only one ConnectSurf plan is allowed per NRIC.You agree that you shall provide such registration information which will be true, accurate, current and complete.

DIY Plan
The DIY plan Add-ons are only applicable on a DIY plan. The plan is only valid for new and existing postpaid mobile lines. Customers currently on a handset contract can opt to convert their existing plan to a DIY plan with the 2-year Handset Contract Add-on. There is no minimum subscription period required for each DIY Add-on, unless otherwise stated. All local talktime and SMS/MMS usage in excess of free bundle and/or Add-ons are charged at 16.05 cents per minute, 5.35 cents per SMS and 32.1 cents (30kb and below) or 85.6 cents (above 30kb) per MMS. 100 mins Talktime Add-on applies to local voice / video calls, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 300 SMS/MMS Add-on applies to local usage, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 100 Global SMS Add-on applies to SMS sent to a mobile number registered on a foreign network, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. Usage in excess of optional bundle(s) will be charged 15 cents per Global SMS. Free IDD 021 Calls to 19 Destinations Add-on is only applicable to voice calls made with IDD 021 to any residential and mobile line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. Also free voice calls made to any residential line in Australia, UK, and New Zealand, while voice calls made to any mobile line in Australia, UK, and New Zealand are at fixed rates of 28 cents/min, 30 cents/min and 50 cents/min respectively. Local voice call rate applies to all free IDD 021 calls made and is deductible from the free bundled talktime and/or 100 mins Talktime Add-on(s). 2-year Handset Contract Add-on applies when customers purchase a handset at normal 2-year plan price, limited to 1 such add-on per mobile line and a subscription period of 24 months is required. Customers are also required to sign a 2-year handset contract. Unlimited Calls to 5 M1 Friends Add-on applies to local outgoing video and voice calls and is limited to 1 such add-on per mobile line. 500 mins to M1 Numbers Add-on applies to local outgoing video and voice calls to any numbers registered on M1 network when the call is made. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 250 mins Weekend Calls Add-on applies to all local outgoing video and voice calls made during weekends (00:00 hrs Saturdays - 23:59 hrs Sundays) to any mobile or fixed-line numbers. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. Caller Number Display & Caller Number Non-Display Add-on: Caller Number Display is only available for calls received locally. Caller Number Non-Display is available on a per call basis or permanent basis (default option upon activation). Roaming Subscription & Roaming Data 6MB Add-on: Airtime charges apply. Roaming mobile data bundle is only applicable for roaming mobile data usage on Sunsurf APN and specified foreign countries/networks. Any excess usage above roaming mobile data bundle will be charged at prevailing roaming mobile data charges. 50 mins Free IDD 021 Calls to Philippines/ Indonesia & 50 Global SMS Add-on applies to voice calls made with IDD 021 to any residential and mobile line in Philippines/ Indonesia. Local voice call rate applies to all free IDD 021 calls made and is deductible from the free and/or optional local outgoing voice bundle. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line.

Retired Plans
Selected bill plans are retired and unavailable for re-contracts. Customers on retired plans can only re-contract on the current range of Postpaid mobile plans. Click here for the full list.

Mobile Services
Free Connecting Tones subscription promotion (U.P. $4.28) is only valid for new Connecting Tones sign-ups and is open till such date as determined by M1. Customers will each receive a complimentary M1 default connecting tone. Monthly subscription to mobile services will be auto-renewed unless customers unsubscribe.

Handset Offers
You are required to sign the relevant handset contract where applicable and be bound by the terms and conditions therein. All phone offers are only applicable with a 2-year contract on Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max, Max+, i-Lite, i-Lite+, i-Reg, i-Reg+, i-Max, i-Max+, ConnectSurf and DIY plans, unless otherwise stated. All phone offers featured are applicable to new line connections, existing customers with no handset contract or who have completed at least 20 months of their existing contracts. Additional re-contract fee of $250 and $350 will apply on phone offers for customers who have completed at least 11 months of their normal handset contract and/or iPhone handset contract respectively. Maximum of 2 concurrent handset contracts per eligible active mobile line. Customers need not pay the early re-contract fee after 20 months into the normal handset contract and/or iPhone handset contract. Unless otherwise stated, Special Handset Prices are applicable for sign-up on Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max and Max+ plans, with an additional 24-month service commitment contract on the respective plans. For phone offer prices on Mid+/iPhone Mid+ and above contracts, pre-payment of $300 / $600 for a bill credit will be applicable if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. For phone offer prices on mid-tier/iPhone mid-tier and above contracts, pre-payment of $200 for a bill credit will be applicable for subsequent mid-tier/iPhone mid-tier and above contract(s) if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. Pre-payment charges will be charged separately. Customer with less than six (6) months tenure may sign up for only 1 mid-tier/iPhone mid-tier and above contract. iPhone prices are only applicable with a corresponding 24-month iPhone contract. All sign-ups or re-contracts on iPhone plans must be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone. Sign-ups or re-contracts on Lite, Lite+, Reg, Reg+, Max and Max+ plans cannot be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone. For temporary suspension of service, downgrading of mobile plan and termination of line prior to the expiry of the iPhone Contract, a Termination / Downgrade charge applies. Use of the iPhone constitutes acceptance of the iPhone terms and conditions and other third party terms and conditions found in the iPhone box, or at www.apple.com/legal/sla. New Line Sign-ups
For new line sign-ups on M1 mobile plans, a minimum 3-month service commitment contract applies. In the event that, during the service commitment period, a customer prematurely terminates the subscription to the M1 mobile service (“Service/s”); or a customer’s subscription is terminated by M1 for payment defaults or contractual breach, customer shall pay to M1 the subscription on a pro-rated basis for the remaining months of the Service commitment period based on M1's non-promotional rate of the Service. Customers may not temporarily disconnect a Service during the Service commitment period.

No Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, M1 will not be responsible for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the Services or any technical issue that may arise from or in relation to any third party device or hardware that customer may have connected to the device. If customers intend to connect the device to a third party device or hardware, customers must ensure that such third party device or hardware is compatible with the device. M1 does not warrant that data services will be uninterrupted, continuously available, reliable, bug-free, virus-free and/or error-free. HSPA/3G/GPRS/4G services are subject to network availability, device capability and other applicable conditions. Customers acknowledge and agree that the use of M1’s data services is at customers’ sole risk, and that the actual data transfer speed in respect of the services is dependent on factors beyond M1’s control, including without limitation, the configuration and specifications of your devices, types of data transferred, location and performance of other devices, computer equipment or systems involved in the transfer, overall network condition and number of users accessing our network and their compliance with our rules and policies in respect thereof. M1 shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your use of the Services.

The Services provide access to and the transmission of Internet content that M1 has no obligation or ability to review, monitor or control and M1 will not be responsible for any Internet content accessed via the Services or for any contents disseminated to the Internet from your account, whether accessed by you or other persons.

Customers shall ensure that the SIM cards are used on compatible devices. M1 will not be responsible for any failure or damage to any device whatsoever due to, caused by or arising in relation to misuse of the SIM cards.

General
Separate $37.45 SIM card charge and $10.70 registration charges apply per new line connection. $37.45 SIM card charge is also applicable per SIM exchange. Customers are encouraged to transfer / back up SIM data before proceeding with a SIM exchange. For new line connection with purchase of SIM card, selection of the mobile number shall be from the list on M1 website, www.m1.com.sg. A charge of $21.40 is applicable for each change of Mobile / Mobile Broadband plan, but will be waived for lateral change and plan upgrades.

All prices stated are inclusive of 7% GST and are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate. All usage charges are based on a monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.

The terms on this page apply to all mobile plans, unless otherwise stated by M1. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes. Your use of M1’s services are subject to your compliance with M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
