M1 Sunriser 12 Month Service Commitment Contract

  1. This contract is open to M1 Sunriser customers. Customers will start their service subscription commitment period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the handset through the $500 Sunriser Handset Upgrade Discount (the “Commitment Period”).

  2. Customer must have subscribed to the M1 Business Plan / Talk All U Can / SunMax Plus Plan on his Sunriser mobile line for the Commitment Period to qualify for the Sunriser Handset Upgrade Discount.

  3. Customer shall pay the Termination Charge* stipulated below if any of the following event occurs:

    a.customer prematurely terminates his Sunriser mobile line during the Commitment Period; or

    b.customer changes his bill plan to any subscription plan other than M1 Business Plan / Talk All U Can / SunMax Plus Plan for his Sunriser mobile line during the Commitment Period; or

    c.customer defaults on payment of his bill and/or is terminated by M1 during the Commitment Period.

  4. Customer shall not temporarily disconnect M1's service during the Commitment Period.

  5. Purchase of the handset using the Sunriser Handset Upgrade Discount shall be subject to M1's usual mobile phone / data device contract terms and conditions, where applicable.

  6. Customer is not allowed to transfer this M1 line.

  7. M1’s General Terms and Conditions and all applicable specific terms and conditions for provision of the services published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1 to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
