1. Customers are eligible for M1 Multi-Line Saver (“MLS”) when they subscribe to a minimum of three M1 Postpaid Mobile lines on Free Incoming Call plans or Broadband plans, under the same NRIC / FIN number.

  2. Subject to the conditions stated in Clause (1), customers will enjoy the MLS Discount on the monthly subscription of the eligible M1 Mobile service plans, excluding value-added services and / or usage charges:

  4. Discount is not applicable on any M1 Supplementary Plans including SunShare Plan. Broadband plans are also not eligible for the discount but serve as line count towards the total mobile discount value. mData 1GB, Data Max+, Data Max, Data Unlimited and Data Lite plans are not eligible for both MLS discount and line count.

  5. The MLS Discount will be applied monthly on eligible active M1 mobile service plans which are not suspended / terminated during the billing period for the respective bills to which the MLS Discount applies.

  6. MLS is not applicable for M1 Enterprise customers on discounted Enterprise Mobile / Broadband plans and customers registered under government groups.

  7. MLS is not valid with any other discounts, promotional offers or similar promotions, unless otherwise stated.

  8. MLS discount does not apply to any applicable Goods and Services Tax.

  9. With effect from 1 March 2013, customers will no longer be accepted into the MLS. Existing MLS customers can choose to remain on the MLS. With effect from 7 December 2013, all new line sign-ups will not be eligible for MLS discount and line count.

  10. Existing customers on the MLS may apply for participation in the M1 Multi-Service Saver (“MSS”) via the M1 Customer Service Hotline at 1627. M1 will determine the customer’s eligibility and the discount rate applicable before allotting the appropriate MSS Discount on mobile plans.

  11. Customer may only participate in either the MLS or the MSS at any time. Upon customer’s application to the MSS, such customer’s participation in the MLS (if any) shall cease immediately. There will be no reinstatement of customer’s participation in the MLS if the customer’s application to the MSS is unsuccessful. M1’s determination of any and all discounts relating to the MLS is based upon M1’s records, and in the absence of any manifest error, shall be binding and conclusive.

  12. M1 reserves the right to terminate the MLS at any time without notice. Customers will not be entitled to any refund or compensation in respect of such termination.

  13. M1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Customers’ enjoyment and / or continued enjoyment of the MLS Discount shall constitute such customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any and all amendments thereto.

  14. All services are subject to M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at m1.com.sg. Other terms and conditions for specific privileges and benefits associated with the MLS (collectively, the "Additional Terms & Conditions") will also apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
