Deezer Premium+ is a subscription-based service that allows you to enjoy unlimited access to over 40 million music tracks and even gain exclusive privilege to listen to new albums before their official release. You can create your own playlists and make it mobile by downloading the Deezer app on your mobile phone or tablet.
Who can subscribe to Deezer Premium+?
All M1 Post-paid Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Home Broadband customers can subscribe to the service.
How can I subscribe to Deezer Premium+?
You can subscribe to Deezer Premium+ here or visit your nearest M1 Shop or M1 Exclusive Distributor, or call our Customer Service Hotline at 1627.
Upon successful subscription, you will receive an SMS confirmation message to create a Deezer account or link your existing Deezer account.
I did not receive/deleted the SMS to create a new Deezer account or link my existing Deezer account, what should I do?

How much will I be charged for Deezer Premium+?
Deezer Premium+ usual subscription is S$9.90 per month, promotional rates apply. Please note that the monthly subscription is ongoing until you unsubscribe the service.

You can unsubscribe from Deezer Premium+ by calling our Customer Service Hotline at 1627.
If I terminate my M1 Post-paid mobile line/Mobile Broadband service/Home Broadband service,will my Deezer Premium+ subscription end automatically?
If you terminate your M1 Post-paid mobile line/Mobile Broadband service/Home Broadband service, you will still be able to access your Deezer account but you will not be able to enjoy the Deezer Premium+ features.
Will my Deezer Premium+ be affected if I change my M1 mobile number?
No, your Deezer Premium+ account will not be affected.
How can I enjoy the playlist on my mobile device?
To enjoy the playlist on your mobile device, you can download the Deezer App onto your mobile phone and tablet to access your playlist on the go.
Where can I download the Deezer App?
The Deezer App can be downloaded on Apple iTunes, Google Play, Windows Store and BlackBerry World.

Will there be any data charges if I access Deezer service on mobile device?
Yes, data charges will apply when accessing Deezer service. (If customer is using the service on his personal computer, he will only be able to use the offline mode on Google Chrome.)

Yes, standard data roaming charges will apply when accessing Deezer service.
I already have a free Deezer account, can I still subscribe to Deezer Premium+ that is offered to M1 customers?
Yes, you can still subscribe to Deezer Premium+ and have the subscription fee charged to your M1 bill. An email/SMS will be provided upon successful subscription to link your existing Deezer account.
I already have a Deezer Premium+ account, can I still subscribe to Deezer Premium+ that is offered to M1 customers?
Yes, you can still subscribe to Deezer Premium+and have the subscription fee charged to your M1 bill. An email/SMS will be provided upon successful subscription to link your existing Deezer account to your M1 account.
Can I enjoy the $4.95 promotion if I have previously enjoyed the $5.99 promotion?
No, you will not be able to enjoy the $4.95 promotion as the promotion is only valid for first time subscribers.
Can I access Deezer Premium+ on more than one device?
Yes, you can access Deezer Premium+ on up to three (3) mobile devices/personal computers per account. However, you can only access DeezerPremium+ on one device at any one time. To view and manage your devices:
- Login to Deezer Website (www.deezer.com) and click on your name on the top right hand corner of the home screen.
- Click on My Account then My Connected Devices tab to view your connected device(s).
- To delete a device, click "delete the device" button next to the device you wish to remove.
