  2. Can I use 4G Voice?
    To enjoy 4G Voice, the caller and recipient of the call must:
    • Use the M1 4G Voice supported devices
    • Subscribe to any M1 Data Bundled Plan with 4G VAS. For list of plans, click here.

  4. Will 4G Voice be available for Prepaid customers?
    4G Voice is currently unavailable for Prepaid customers.
  5. How much do I pay for 4G Voice?
    4G Voice is free for customers on eligible Data Bundled plans with 4G VAS. Calls made using 4G Voice are deducted from the bundled minutes on Data Bundled plans with 4G VAS. Excess talktime will be charged at 16.05 cents per minute.
  6. Do 4G Voice calls require data?
    Local data is required but no data will be deducted from the Data Bundled plans.
  7. Do I need to change my SIM card to enjoy 4G Voice?
    If you are using a 3G SIM card, you don’t have to change your SIM card to enjoy 4G Voice. For 2G SIM card users, you need to change to 3G SIM card to enjoy 4G Voice.
  8. Can I enjoy 4G Voice when I have Multi-SIM service?
    Yes, as long as you are subscribed to any M1 Data Bundled plan with 4G VAS, use the M1 4G Voice supported devices, you will be able to enjoy 4G Voice on your Multi-SIMs.
  9. Can I choose to turn on or off 4G Voice?
    Yes, depending on your device, you may select “Use VoLTE whenever available” under device settings to turn on/off 4G Voice.
  10. How do I know when I am making a 4G Voice call?
    Your device will display a “4G” icon during a 4G Voice call.
  11. What happens to my 4G Voice call when my device switches from 4G to 3G?
    You will continue to enjoy higher quality voice call seamlessly even when your device switches from 4G to 3G, without interrupting the conversation.
  12. Can I make 4G Voice calls when roaming?
    No, 4G Voice calls are not available while roaming.
  13. Can I enjoy 4G Voice on my SurfShare plan?
    You can subscribe to 4G Voice for your SurfShare plan as long as your main plan is on any Data Bundled plan with 4G VAS.
