  1. What browsers and operating systems are supported?
    It is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome or Mozilla for running the Info-Tech Cloud Application. The mobile app is compatible with iOS 9.0 & Android 6.0 and above.

  2. How secure is the employee data?
    The Cloud Server is fully hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud with data security measures. Besides that, it is also integrated with SSL certificate on the website security. Info-Tech also incompliance with MTCS (Level 2) & ISO 27001 certification.

  3. What technical support and resources are provided?
    Every customer will be assigned a dedicated Software Support Specialist to take care of their company account. You will be provided phone, email and online support as well as software updates. Classroom training is available on a weekly basis, where customers with a valid subscription package are eligible to attend free classroom trainings at Info-Tech’s office.

  4. Is the vendor able to show us the product demo and do the presentation to my company?
    Yes. After signing up, the vendor will contact you to know more details and arrange a date and time.

  5. What banks are Info-Tech Systems supporting?
    We support the major banks in Singapore such as DBS, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Maybank, Citibank, HSBC, etc.
