Business Fibre: No relocation of M1 Net Ltd Fibre BizPac Access Service is allowed within the first 6 months of the Service Contract period. Any request for relocation of the Service is chargeable and relevant charge for the relocation of the Service applies. Promotions and gifts bundled with the purchase are available while stocks last.

Business Fibre Wi-Fi Mesh Bundle: For Wi-Fi Mesh installation, an onsite engineering service charge of $150 (exclusive of applicable GST) applies during office hours from 9am to 6pm. M1 reserves the right to replace or substitute the equipment with other item of similar value if the equipment is recalled or discontinued by manufacturer or distributor or in the event of stockout.

1Gbps Static Fibre Broadband: Promotion is valid for new or re-contract sign-up for a minimum contract period of 24 months.

Data Centre Promotions: Promotions are open to new and existing customers with no M1 Co-location contracts. Promotions apply to new (additional) racks only and do not apply to existing racks with or without M1 Co-location contracts. Existing customers that apply for this promotion are to retain all existing racks for an additional period of at least 12 months. Provisioning of Co-location Rack space is based on resource availability. 24 months Service Commitment Contract with early termination charges applies to all services unless otherwise stated. Discounts are valid for the relevant contractual period of either 12 or 24 months; thereafter prevailing rates may apply. M1 Co-location services do not include system integration service.

M1 Business Mobile: Valid for registered businesses that sign up for a plan (new or re-contract) with minimum contractual period of 24 continuous months unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST. Handset prices are after Port-in/New Line/Recontract Discount or special handset pricing. M1 reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the promotion or any terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer.

Enterprise Mobile Plans: Networks to 76 destinations on Enterprise Data Passport are subjected to change without prior notice. For Enterprise Mobile 3+/12+/X+ plan, customers may use up to 3GB/5GB/7GB respectively per month to data roam with the Enterprise Data Passport subscription, after which excess usage will be charged at $5/GB (exclusive of applicable GST). A monthly data bill cap of $276 (exclusive of applicable GST) will also apply. An additional $15 monthly subscription fee (exclusive of applicable GST) will apply if you are already subscribed to M1’s Multi-SIM service. This additional $15 monthly subscription fee (exclusive of applicable GST) applies for the Enterprise Data Passport bundled and irrespective of the number of Multi-SIMs subscribed.

Corporate mySIMe and mySIMs Plans: mySIMe free bundled talktime, SMS and data extends to local usage unless otherwise stated. Up to 20GB/mth free data is only valid for 24-months contract mobile plans and not applicable for Data Passport usage. Additional 200 min talktime is not applicable for sharing with supplementary plan and IDD 021 Saver usage. Excess local voice and video call usage is charged at 15 cents per minute (exclusive of applicable GST), with a minimum one-minute charge and billed per second thereafter. Excess SMS is charged at 5 cents each (exclusive of applicable GST) and MMS is charged at 33 cents each (exclusive of applicable GST). Excess usage above the Free Local Data Bundle is charged at $10 per one GB block (exclusive of applicable GST), capped at a maximum of $176 (exclusive of applicable GST) per month (according to bill cycle). mySIMs Plans is a supplementary plan which share bundle with mySIMe plan (main line). In the event main line gets terminated / port-out, mySIMs line will be automatically converted into Sim Only plan (without contract). mySIMe (S) 50% discount is only valid for new sign-ups or re-contract on selected 2-years mySIMe plans (main line).

Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Usage: “Unlimited" talktime, messaging and data usage are restricted to reasonable personal use and non-commercial purposes only. “Unlimited” talktime is only applicable to local voice and video calls. “Unlimited” messaging is only applicable to SMS/MMS sent to local mobile numbers. Any abuse, such as, but not limited to, SMS/MMS broadcasts or sending unsolicited material (Spam), will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, in M1's sole discretion. If you use more than 10,000 outgoing local call minutes or more than 10,000 local SMS/MMS per billing cycle, such usage will be deemed to be excessive or abusive usage, for which prevailing pay-per-use charges shall apply. M1 reserves the right to amend the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Usage from time to time at its discretion, without any prior notice.

M1 Business Mobile Corporate Customers: Customers who are under M1 Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI), or whose mobile lines are registered under company's name will not be eligible for (1) SAFRA promotions and (2) iPhone Tariff Rebate promotions. Special Pricing Handset promotions cannot be applied together with (1) Full Mobile Number Portability, (2) New Line Connection and (3) Re-contract promotions. SIA & SATS Group of companies will not be eligible for (1) Special Pricing Handset promotions, and (2) Full Mobile Number Portability promotions on Smartphone Reg/Reg+/Max/Max+ Plans sign-ups.

Free Mobile Data (SIM Only): Unlimited Local Data is only applicable to local data usage and is only valid for 24-months contract. “Unlimited" data usage are restricted to reasonable personal use and non-commercial purposes only. Any abuse will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, in M1's sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, M1’s Traffic Management Policy will apply.
