
How to set up email on your iPhone
Before you can use your email account on iPhone, you need to add your account to Mail.
| 1. | Tap Mail |

| 2. | Select your account type. Tap Other if your account is not listed. |

| 3. | Enter your account information and tap Save. This configures most email accounts automatically. If account is not configured automatically, you will be prompted for additional settings. |

| 4. | Once your account information is saved, you can start sending and receiving emails. |

| You can configure additional accounts by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account. |

| 1. | To add an Exchange account to your iPhone, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange. |

| 2. | On the next screen, enter your complete email address, domain, username, password, and a description of your choice. Check with your Exchange Server administrator if you are unsure of the domain. If you are unable to view your folder list or send and receive emails, leave the domain field blank. |

| 3. | Your iPhone will now try to locate your Exchange Server using Microsoft's Autodiscovery service. If it cannot locate the server, you will see the screen below. Enter your front-end Exchange Server's complete address in the Server field. |

| 4. | You can choose to synchronize data from Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. Note that by default, only three days' worth of email is synchronized. To synchronize more, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select your Exchange account, and tap on Mail Days to select more days. |
