- I have reserved iPhone 4 with M1. Can I use a friend’s ID to reserve another set for myself?
The reservation / eDM is not transferable as you need to sign a 2-year contract under the registered ID / name / mobile number in your Reservation Form / eDM.
- I did not reserve iPhone 4 with M1. Can I just visit M1 Shops / M1 Exclusive Distributors to purchase iPhone 4?

- I received an email to collect my iPhone 4 from M1, but was unable to visit the selected M1 Shop to purchase the iPhone 4 within the specified 2-day period. Can I collect the iPhone 4 on a later date by presenting the email?
You need to visit the selected M1 Shop / M1 Exclusive Distributor to purchase iPhone 4 within 2 days of receiving the notification email to collect your iPhone 4. If you are unable to collect your iPhone 4 within the 2-day period, you may wish to log in to www.m1.com.sg/iPhone regularly for the latest update on iPhone 4.
- Will I get an iPhone 4 Bumper if I purchase iPhone 4 from M1?
Yes. Simply follow these steps:
1. Download the iPhone 4 Case Program app from the App Store.
2. Launch the app on your iPhone 4 and sign in using your iTunes Store account or Apple ID.
3. Select your Bumper.
