You can even check your voicemail, check your call credits or expiry date, top up your card value and even call us for assistance when you are overseas.

To use Voicemail while roaming, you must divert your calls to your mailbox under “Call Divert All Calls”.

| When you are using your M Card overseas, you must first deactivate Call Divert. You can then access your Voicemail box by sending the following message: |

| Your phone will ring when the system has connected to your Voicemail box. |

| Checking Call Credits | | |
|
| To check your remaining call credits while overseas, simply enter: |
