M1 Home Broadband 24 months Contract Promotion is open to new/existing customers who are not on any contract. Each customer is entitled to up to 45% discount off (30% for HomePac 5 Mbps / 8 Mbps and 45% for HomePac 15 Mbps / 30Mbps / 100Mbps) the monthly subscription and a modem on a free rental basis. 24 months' service commitment contract applies. Discount is valid for 24 months; thereafter prevailing rates apply. Promotion is open till such date as determined by M1. For any bill plan change during the 24-month contract period, M1 is entitled to forfeit the promotional discount.

M1 Home Broadband 6 months Contract Promotion is open to new / existing customers who are not on any contract. Each customer is entitled to up to 40% discount off (20% for HomePac 5 Mbps / 8 Mbps and 40% for HomePac 15Mbps / 30Mbps / 100Mbps) the monthly subscription and a cable modem on a free rental basis. 6 months' service commitment applies. Discount is valid for 6 months; thereafter, the prevailing rates apply. Promotion is open till such date as determined by M1. For any bill plan change during the 6-month service commitment period, M1 is entitled to forfeit the promotional discount.

M1 Home Broadband Plans offer unlimited broadband residential service. Service Address must (a) be cable-ready or capable of cable access point installation, for home broadband service that is to be delivered via cable technology; or (b) have an active residential DEL (the relevant direct exchange line from SingTel), for home broadband service that is to be delivered via ADSL technology. Access and use of this service requires the use of a type-approved modem which must satisfy all applicable regulatory requirements and system requirements. One-time service activation free of $37.45 is required. Other installation fees and service call fees may apply to this service. *The upload speed for cable is up to 2 Mbps while the upload speed for ADSL is up to 1.5 Mbps.
