Never miss a call, even when you’re roaming. When you miss a call while roaming, your phone will not normally display the number of the party who called. With Missed Call Alert, however, you will receive an SMS showing you the:
Caller’s number
Date and time of call
The service is activated when you are:
On another call
Unavailable to answer
Unreachable
A flat usage charge of $1 per day applies when the service is activated, and you get to enjoy an unlimited number of SMS alerts. In other words, no matter how many calls you miss in a day, the cost is still $1. If you do not miss any calls that day, you will not be charged. Charges are capped at $5 per month, regardless of the number of days in which you've missed calls.

For MCA to work, you must subscribe to either Roaming Subscription or Pay Per Use Roaming service.
A 20% surcharge applies for all SmartRoam rates for Pay Per Use Roaming customers, with exception to SmartRoam SMS which costs S$0.30 per SMS.
If callers are on foreign networks, your MCA may reflect the foreign operator's standard number. Receipt of the MCA is also dependent on the foreign network.
MCA opt out can be done by sending SMS ‹term mcadaily› to 1627.
