Monthly Data Roaming Bundles are only applicable to roaming mobile data usage on specific partner networks/countries.
Customers using Multi-SIMs when roaming should ensure that all SIMs are logged onto specific partner networks/countries to utilize the Data Roaming Bundles.
Any excess usage above Data Roaming Bundle will be charged at prevailing roaming mobile data charges. Pay Per Use Roaming customers pay a 20% surcharge on all prevailing roaming rates.
Customer must be above 18 years old, a Singapore citizen or an Employment Pass holder (excluding work permit holders).
Data Roaming Bundle is applicable to roaming mobile data usage via SunSurf Mobile and MiWorld Mobile (from 1 Aug 2010) only.
Customer is able to sign up for either 1 of Monthly Data Roaming Bundle at any one time.
Upon activation, Monthly Data Roaming Bundle shall be calculated as commencing from 0000hrs on the day of activation. Upon deactivation, the Monthly Data Roaming Bundle shall be calculated as ending at 2359hrs on the day of deactivation.
For the purposes of billing computation, both your usage bundle and subscription fee shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis from activation date until 2359hrs on the first billing cycle date (or deactivation date if earlier), and thereafter from such first billing cycle date until next billing cycle date (or deactivation date if earlier).
Unfinished data usage for the Monthly Data Roaming Bundle cannot be rolled over to the next month or next billing cycle date.
Monthly Data Roaming Bundle is a monthly recurring service. Customer has to call M1 Customer Service Hotline at 1627, Corporate Customer Hotline at 1622 or proceed to any of our customer service centre for deactivation of this service.
