Mobile Plans
Free bundled talktime and SMS/MMS extends to local usage unless otherwise stated. Excess local voice and video call usage is charged at 16.05 cents per minute, based on per second billing. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls made to "1800" local toll free service numbers. Excess SMS is charged at 5.35 cents each and excess MMS is charged at 32.1 cents (30kb and below)/ 85.6 cents (above 30kb) each. Separate $37.45 SIM card and $10.70 registration charges apply for new line connection. $37.45 SIM card charge is also applicable for SIM exchange.

Local Mobile Data Service
For plans without Free Local Data Bundle, local mobile data services are pre-activated. Usage is charged at $0.107/10KB and capped at $201.16 per month. For plans with Free Local Data Bundle, excess usage above the Free Local Data Bundle is charged at $1.07 per MB, up to $5.35 per GB and capped at $94.16 per month. Free additional 1GB data is applicable for customers who have completed at least 11 months of their current contract and are re-contracting on Smartphone plans. The 1GB data will be applied as a $5.35 discount on excess data usage charges, with a data bill cap of $88.81. This benefit is valid for 24 months from the date of re-contract. While roaming overseas, prevailing data roaming charges will apply. Local mobile data services are available with theoretical download speed of 7.2Mbps and typical download speed range of 0.6 - 4.4Mbps (at fixed locations).

4G VAS
4G VAS is applicable on any Smartphone plans, iPhone plans, SunSurf VAS or BlackBerry VAS which are available from 15 September 2012 onwards. 4G VAS is free until further notice. The usual price of 4G VAS is at $10.70 per month. Theoretical download speed of 75Mbps and typical download speed range of 4.8 – 21.0Mbps (at fixed locations) is only available with 4G service on compatible 4G smartphones.

Free Value-added Services
Airtime charges apply for incoming calls to Voicemail and retrieval of Voicemail messages. Prevailing roaming usage charges apply when Voicemail service is used overseas. Free Caller Number Display/Roaming Subscription is valid for 3 months with free registration and subscription for new customers only.

Unlimited Usage
"Unlimited" Calls, Messaging and Data usage are restricted to personal use and non-commercial purposes only. Any abuse, such as, but not limited to, SMS/MMS broadcasts or sending unsolicited material (Spam), will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, in M1's sole discretion. The Unlimited SMS/MMS is only valid for SMS/MMS sent to any local mobile numbers. Free Incoming Calls is valid till 31 December 2014. Unlimited Calls on Talk All You Can plan are valid till 31 December 2013 and are only applicable to local voice and video calls. Thereafter, free outgoing calls will be limited to the first 60 minutes per local call.

Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers
"Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers" (the "Service") is valid till 31 December 2014, and applies to local voice calls only. The Service is not available to M1 customers on the SunShare, SunLite,Talk All You Can and MaxSurf+ plans. Subscribers may nominate up to 3 M1 Numbers under this Service. Subscribers may not nominate their own M1 number for the Service. Numbers nominated for this Service may not be nominated for MobileCam Saver. A $10.70 administrative charge applies for any change of the nominated M1 numbers. M1 reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Service without prior notice to subscribers in the event of any fraudulent use or misuse of the Service. M1 may make changes to or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. All revisions will be published on this website and you are deemed to have accepted these terms as revised by your continued use of the Service. Please check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such revisions. M1 General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are also deemed incorporated by reference and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by M1 at its sole discretion.

Student & NSF Benefits
Student & NSF Benefits are applicable to all students and full-time National Servicemen on SunSaver, SunSaver Plus, SunMax, ValueSurf+, LiteSurf+ and ExtremeSurf+ Plans. One Student pass/SAF identity card may only be used for one postpaid mobile line. Student/full-time National Servicemen must be 26 years old and below, as indicated by year of birth, upon sign-up/re-contract. If the student/full-time National Servicemen is not signing-up personally, the Applicant signing up on behalf of such student/full-time National Servicemen must be (i) 21 years of age and above, and (ii) an immediate family member (i.e. parents, grandparents, or siblings) sharing the same residential address as the student/full-time National Servicemen. Applicant must present his/her original NRIC and the original student pass/SAF identity card upon sign-up/re-contract. For purposes of verification, applicants signing up on behalf of such student must also present the student's original NRIC or proof of the student's residential address. Student & NSF Benefits are valid for 24 months from date of registration, after which re-registration is required with valid student pass/SAF identity card. The Unlimited Free SMS & MMS is only valid for SMS & MMS sent to any local mobile numbers. Free Campus & Army Camp Calls (worth $64.20/mth) is applicable after bundled talktime for local voice calls made within the designated Campus & Army Camp Zones to any local residential and mobile numbers. Any usage in excess of the value of the Free Campus & Army Camp Calls as stated will be chargeable at prevailing rates. Student & NSF Benefits are also valid for staff from any of the campus zones. Campus staff must produce a valid staff pass to sign up for the Student benefits. Free Local Data Bundle (worth $5.35/mth) is only for local data usage. Any data usage in excess of the value of the Free Local Data Bundle and/or any non-local data usage incurred will be chargeable at prevailing rates.

Sunriser Handset Re-contract Discount
For new lines on MaxSurf+ Plan, Handset Re-contract Discount will only apply at the completion of 12 months Sunriser membership. Other Sunrisers terms and conditions apply.

IDD 021 Saver
IDD 021 Saver is only applicable to voice calls made to any residential and mobile line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. Voice calls made to any residential line in Australia, UK and New Zealand are free, while voice calls made to any mobile line in Australia, UK and New Zealand are chargeable at fixed rates of $0.28/min, $0.30/min and $0.50/min respectively. All free IDD 021 voice calls are charged at local voice call rates and are deducted from the free local outgoing voice bundle. Not valid with Talk All You Can, MaxSurf+ and iPhone Max+ Plans. SunSurf Super
SunSurf Super is applicable to customers on smartphone/iPhone plans or SunSurf VAS with smartphones which can support download speed of up to 21Mbps. SunSurf Super is available with theoretical download speed of 21Mbps and typical download speed range of 0.9 – 6.4 Mbps (at fixed locations).

Multi-Service Saver (MSS)
MSS is applicable with subscription to at least one activated M1 Fibre broadband service and two M1 postpaid Mobile lines (on eligible mobile plans) under the same NRIC / FIN number. The subscribed Fibre broadband service and postpaid mobile lines must be active at all times and are not suspended or terminated. Customer must not be on the M1 Multi-Line Saver. MSS Discount is not applicable on any M1 Supplementary Plans including SunShare Plan. Waiver of $250 early re-contract fee is only applicable to one Mobile line registered under the MSS member's NRIC/FIN once every 12 months. The customer's first use of the $250 Early Re-contract Fee Waiver may only take place 11 months after customer's MSS Entry Date. The MSS Entry Date refers to the next bill date on which the MSS Discount first applies, upon customer's successful entry to the MSS. Any suspension or termination of lines causing the customer to not meet the MSS membership will reset the customer's MSS entry date. MSS is not applicable to M1 Enterprise customers, customers on any corporate or special bulk schemes, customers registered under government groups and customers on discounted Mobile plans.

SunLite Plan
Free bundle worth $16.05 for usage on any of the combination - outgoing local voice/video calls, local/global SMS or MMS, IDD 002/021 calls and data surfing. Prevailing rates for each service will be chargeable after free bundle has been consumed. SunLite plan is valid with a new sign-up. Existing Postpaid mobile lines not currently on a handset contract can also be converted to this plan.

SunShare Plan
SunShare plan is valid for new and existing Postpaid mobile lines not currently on a handset contract, as a supplementary line on a main line subscribed to public SunLite, SunSaver, SunSaver Plus, SunMax or SunMax Plus mobile plans. SunShare Plan is not applicable as a supplementary line on main lines with Student & NSF Man benefits. Each existing customer with a tenure of 6 months or more can sign up to a maximum of 4 supplementary lines. Each new or existing customer with tenure of less than 6 months can sign up to a maximum of 1 supplementary line. The main and supplementary line(s) must be registered under the same NRIC / FIN, in the same account. Corporate customers mobile line registered under their company's name will not be eligible to subscribe to SunShare plan. SunShare plans will share free bundled talktime and SMS/MMS with the main line. Talktime and SMS/MMS usage by the main line and/or supplementary line(s) in excess of the bundle will be charged at 16.05 cents per minute, 5.35 cents per SMS and 32.1 cents (30kb and below) or 85.6 cents (above 30kb) per MMS. Unlimited Free Calls within the group benefit is valid for local voice/video calls made between the main and supplementary line(s); it does not apply to diverted calls between the main line and the supplementary lines and vice versa. These SunShare benefits may not be available immediately at the point of new line connection and may take up to 5 days for processing to be completed. Any usage within this period may not be deducted from the free bundle and will be chargeable. The main line must remain active and subscribed to one of the eligible bill plans in order for the supplementary line(s) to remain active and enjoy the SunShare benefits. At any time that the main line is (1) terminated, (2) suspended, (3) ported out to another service provider, (4) changed to a non-eligible mobile plan, (5) transferred to another subscriber; the supplementary line will be converted to the last mobile plan subscribed by the main line. In the event there is more than one supplementary plan subscribed under the main line, the newest supplementary line will be selected for such conversion by default. Each supplementary line is eligible to purchase a handset at SunShare Promotion Price with 2-year handset contract. Each supplementary plan is not eligible for (a) handset upgrade before completing at least 20 months of the current contract, and (b) any promotional handset offer unless otherwise indicated.

D.I.Y. Plan
The D.I.Y. plan Add-ons are only applicable on a D.I.Y. plan. The plan is only valid for new and existing postpaid mobile lines. Customers currently on a handset contract can opt to convert their existing plan to a D.I.Y. plan with the 2-year Handset Contract Add-on. There is no minimum subscription period required for each D.I.Y. Add-on, unless otherwise stated. All local talktime and SMS/MMS usage in excess of free bundle and/or Add-ons are charged at 16.05 cents per minute, 5.35 cents per SMS and 32.1 cents (30kb and below) or 85.6 cents (above 30kb) per MMS. A one-time registration fee of $10.70 applies with subscription of Data Add-on. Excess usage above the Local Data Add-on Bundle is charged at $1.07 per MB, up to $5.35 per GB and capped at $94.16 per month. 4G service is available with Data Add-on. Monthly subscription of 4G service is waived until further notice. The usual price of 4G service is at $10.70 per month. 100 mins Talktime Add-on applies to local voice / video calls, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 300 SMS/MMS Add-on applies to local usage, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 100 Global SMS Add-on applies to SMS sent to a mobile number registered on a foreign network, limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. Usage in excess of optional bundle(s) will be charged 15 cents per Global SMS. Free IDD 021 Calls to 19 Destinations Add-on is only applicable to voice calls made with IDD 021 to any residential and mobile line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. Also free voice calls made to any residential line in Australia, UK, and New Zealand, while voice calls made to any mobile line in Australia, UK, and New Zealand are at fixed rates of 28 cents/min, 30 cents/min and 50 cents/min respectively. Local voice call rate applies to all free IDD 021 calls made and is deductible from the free bundled talktime and/or 100 mins Talktime Add-on(s). 2-year Handset Contract Add-on applies when customers purchase a handset at normal 2-year plan price, limited to 1 such add-on per mobile line and a subscription period of 24 months is required. Customers are also required to sign a 2-year handset contract. Unlimited Calls to 5 M1 Friends Add-on applies to local outgoing video and voice calls and is limited to 1 such add-on per mobile line. 500 mins to M1 Numbers Add-on applies to local outgoing video and voice calls to any numbers registered on M1 network when the call is made. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. 250 mins Weekend Calls Add-on applies to all local outgoing video and voice calls made during weekends (00:00 hrs Saturdays - 23:59 hrs Sundays) to any mobile or fixed-line numbers. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line. Caller Number Display & Caller Number Non-Display Add-on: Caller Number Display is only available for calls received locally. Caller Number Non-Display is available on a per call basis or permanent basis (default option upon activation). Roaming Subscription & Roaming Data 6MB Add-on: Airtime charges apply. Roaming mobile data bundle is only applicable for roaming mobile data usage on Sunsurf APN and specified foreign countries/networks. Any excess usage above roaming mobile data bundle will be charged at prevailing roaming mobile data charges. 50 mins Free IDD 021 Calls to Philippines/ Indonesia & 50 Global SMS Add-on applies to voice calls made with IDD 021 to any residential and mobile line in Philippines/ Indonesia. Local voice call rate applies to all free IDD 021 calls made and is deductible from the free and/or optional local outgoing voice bundle. Limited to 5 such add-ons per mobile line.

Retired Plans
With effect from 24 April 2013, selected bill plans will be retired and unavailable for re-contracts. Customers on retired plans will be able to re-contract on the current range of Postpaid mobile plans.

Mobile Services
Free Connecting Tones subscription promotion (UP: $4.28) is only valid for new Connecting Tones sign-ups and is open till such date as determined by M1. Customers will each receive a complimentary M1 default connecting tone. 50% off 3 months subscription promotion for Caller Number Non-Display is valid till 31 December 2013 for new mobile services sign-up. Thereafter, normal monthly subscription for mobile services applies. Monthly subscription to mobile services will be auto-renewed unless customers unsubscribe.
