Whenever your phone is switched off, engaged, or when you are unable to answer your calls, your callers will be diverted to Voicemail. M1 will send you an SMS when you receive a voice message. Voicemail stores up to 10 2-minute messages for up to 8 days, and you can access your Voicemail box from your mobile phone, home phone, office phone, payphone locally or overseas.

Voicemail services allow your callers to leave voice messages in your mobile phone mailbox in the event you are unreachable. This service is provided to you free of registration and subscription charges, and airtime charges apply (local and roaming where applicable) when you use the services. We encourage you to use your Voicemail services regularly. Should you not access your Voicemail for a continuous period of 30 days, all settings will be reset to default settings.
