Getting Started

Activate your M Card

	Insert SIM Card into your mobile phone.
	Activate your M Card by making an outgoing call. You will be diverted to the Balance & Top-up Hotline to choose your preferred language for future voice announcements.
	The expiry date of your M Card will be set to 180 days (Talk⁸ /Chat/Free Incoming Call plan) from the date of your first call.
	When your call credits run low or the expiry date is near, you should top up your call credits.
	After you top up, the expiry date will be extended to 180 days (Talk⁸ /Chat/Free Incoming Call plan) from the date of your top-up.

Tracking call credits and expiry date

	At the end of every call, you will receive an SMS informing you of your remaining call credits¹ and the expiry date.
	You can also call the Balance & Top-Up Hotline at 9760 0000. This toll-free number is preloaded into your M Card phonebook.
	Dial 1112 to directly access your call credits and expiry information.

¹ A minimum balance of 29.5¢ is required to make or receive local calls on the Chat EZ M Card. For the Free Incoming Calls M Card, a minimum balance of 60¢ is required to make local calls.

Using your M Card while roaming

On SmartRoam

1.	a. To call a Singapore number, dial:

3.	Once the connection to the Singapore/overseas number is made, we will call you back. As soon as you take the call, you may talk to the other party.

Sending SMS while roaming

MMS is pre-activated on your M Card

Only MMS enabled phones can send and receive MMS messages. As an M Card customer, you can:

	Download Fun MMS

If you wish, you can also send MMS to an email address.
To get started, follow the instructions below:
