| M Card Prepaid | | 1. | Rates for all M1 charges on M Card and coverage of roaming countries shall be subject to change as updated on our website www.m1.com.sg or through other means of publication. | | 2. | M1 shall not be liable for any costs, loss, theft, damage (including wear and tear) or misuse of M Card and Top-Up Card due to the use of the same by customer. The card, once sold, will not be refundable. M1 will not refund to the customer any unused value in the card at any time. | | 3. | M1's liability to a customer whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in relation to M Card and Top-Up Card, shall be limited to the face value of M Card or Top-Up Card, as the case may be. | | 4. | M Card should be topped-up before it expires, failing which it will be deactivated and the call credit forfeited. | | 5. | Once expired, M Card and Top-Up Card becomes invalid and cannot be used again. | | 6. | The call credit in M Card is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other prepaid or normal SIM card. | | 7. | The mobile phone number of M Card cannot be transferred. | | 8. | Collect calls and calls to "104 and "1900" numbers are not allowed. | | 9. | Airtime charges apply for mobile calls made to "1800" local toll-free service numbers. | | 10. | Pay-per-use local mobile data services are pre-activated and charged at 0.2¢/KB in blocks of 10KB. | | 11. | When roaming, M Card can only be used in countries where the foreign network operators support such roaming service. M1 is unable to guarantee the functions, including roaming, quality, charges and technical infrastructure, of the foreign network operators. | | 12. | The roaming service is not available in the following countries/networks: All networks in China; Malaysia - TM Touch; Taiwan - KG Telecom; US - Aerial, PacBell, OmniPoint, VoiceStream; and Saudi Arabia - Zain, STC, Bravo; Data roaming service will not be provided by default from 1st July 2011. Enabling of data roaming will be required. | | 13. | Calls to Pager numbers can only be made in Singapore. | | 14. | Any equipment to be used for connection to any M1 network must be type-approved by Infocomm Authority of Singapore (IDA). | | 15. | The above terms and conditions are subject to change, and the prevailing terms and conditions as updated on our website www.m1.com.sg shall apply and supercede any and all previous versions, including in any user guide or application form. | | 16. | M1 shall have the right to change/remove any M Card/Top Up Card plans and the benefits thereunder by giving prior notice to customers. | | 17. | M1's General Terms and Conditions as stated on our website www.m1.com.sg shall apply. | | 18. | Local SMS charges will be waived for SMS requests sent by M Card customers to opt-out of mobile communications. MMS requests will not be accepted and relevant MMS charges will apply. Relevant charges will also apply for roaming SMS requests sent. | | 19. | To buy your M Card, please bring along the necessary identity documents for registration (NRIC for Singaporeans, blue identity card for permanent residents, SAF11B/SPF11B/SCD11B for National Servicemen, Work Permit Identification Cards for foreign workers, and passports for foreigners). | | 20. | Customers are responsible to ensure the correct mobile number is keyed-in at all times. M1 will not entertain any refund requests for wrong top-up done. | | 21. | M1 shall not be liable in any manner to you or to any person whomsoever, for any losses, damages (direct or indirect), costs, liabilities, expenses, claims or demands resulting from any delays, inaccuracies or errors in the information, inaccurate entry of mobile number during the top-up transaction, or in its transmission. | | | | | | | Free IDD 021 calls | | 1. | Free IDD 021 is applicable for voice calls made to (1) any residential line in Australia and New Zealand (2) United Kingdom residential lines with prefixes 44-1 and 44-2 only. | | 2. | Rates are based on per minute charges comprising IDD rates and local airtime charges. Calls are charged in per minute blocks. | | 3. | Flat rates include local airtime charges. | | 4. | IDD 021 calls to Bangladesh and Malaysia is charged at 22¢/min flat on Chat EZ plan. | | 5. | Promotion rates are valid till 31 Dec 2013. | | | | | | | Free Incoming Calls Plan | | 1. | There will be a daily deduction of 60¢/day and a minimum balance of 60¢ is required. | | | | | | | Changing Price Plans | | 1. | $1 per request for price plan change is deducted only from the customer's Main Balance. | | 2. | All customers must be active at the point of time when changing price plan. Suspended cards will not be able to perform price plan change. | | 3. | For chargeable price plan change, customers must have a Main Balance of at least $1.00. | | 4. | Change of Price Plan is only applicable for change to Free Incoming Call or Talk8. | | | | | | | FREE IDD 021 minutes & SMS promotions | | | | FREE IDD 021 minutes Promotion | | 1. | This promotion is valid till further notice and is only applicable for M1 Prepaid customers who make IDD 021 calls to China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. | | 2. | This promotion is applicable to all M1 Prepaid customers, including customers who top-up with SUPER$130 or SUPER$55 Top-ups. | | 3. | Customers making calls using SUPER$130 or SUPER$55, shall be entitled to this IDD Promotion with the cost of IDD 021 calls being deducted from the respective SUPER$130 or SUPER$55 IDD/Others balance. In the event of unavailable or insufficient credit in the Customer's IDD/Others balance, the cost of the IDD 021 calls will be deducted from the customer's main balance. | | 4. | With this promotion, customers will enjoy FREE 10 minutes IDD 021 call AFTER the first 8 minutes to one of the above destinations. The FREE 10 minutes of IDD 021 call to the destination will only be awarded ONCE per call and must be utilized within the same call. Any unutilized free minutes shall be automatically forfeited. | | 5. | There are no limits to the number of times a customer can enjoy the 10 minutes of FREE IDD 021 call to the selected destination each day. | | 6. | The chargeable duration of IDD 021 calls will be charged based on M Card prevailing IDD 021 rate to each of the selected country. For destinations such as China, Malaysia and Vietnam (being free IDD 021 countries), only local calls charges are applicable. | | 7. | Fixed termination and mobile termination of the designated destinations covered by this IDD Promotion are subjected to the discretion of M1. | | 8. | M1's record will be used for the purpose of charging and shall be final and conclusive evidence of the duration of each call. | | 9. | Unless expressly stated herein, M1's Terms & Conditions as stated on our website www.m1.com.sg shall apply. Prevailing roaming GPRS rates will apply and will be deducted from Main Balance. | | 5. | Multiple subscriptions are allowed and the remaining data will be rolled over as long as another subscription is made before the current plan expires. The free bundled data applies only to local data usage and will expire together with the Blackberry Prepaid plan(s) purchased. The free bundled data is being utilized for internet surfing via Blackberry APN, MiWorld APN & SunSurf APN. | | 4. | Any exceeding data usage from the free bundled data will be charged 0.2c/10KB and will be deducted from your available balances accordingly. | | 5. | Any unused free bundled data may be rolled over so long as there is another Blackberry Prepaid plan subscription made before the expiry of an existing subscription. Notwithstanding the exclusion of liability, M1's entire liability to a customer whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in relation to The M Card and Top-Up Card, shall be limited to the face value of The M Card or Top-up Card, as the case may be, excluding bonus balances. | | 10. | M1 shall have the right to change/remove any Super $130 benefits thereunder by giving prior notice to customers. | | | | | | | $17 M Card Top-Up | | 1. | $17 M Card Top-Up Promotion is applicable to all M1 prepaid customers who top up exact $17 except customers under SuperPac plan or Prepaid Broadband/Data plans. | | 2. | The $17 M Card Top-Up Promotion allows eligible customers to enjoy 120 min of local outgoing talk time ($18 @ $0.15/min), 500 local SMS, 100MB of local data usage and 30 days of Free Incoming Calls from 22 Nov 2012 onwards. | | 3. | Local outgoing calls, upon topping up $17 M Card Top-Up, will be charged at $0.15/min till the balance for $17 Outgoing Call is depleted or till the expiry of the $17 top-up (whichever is earlier).
Usual air-time rates for the respective Price Plans will only be applicable upon depletion of the 120 min of local outgoing talk time or upon the expiry of the $17 top-up (whichever is earlier). | | 4. | Local outgoing calls will be charged in first min block followed by 6 seconds block. | | 5. | Air-time charges will follow prevailing rate at the beginning of each call till the end of the call. | | 6. | The Free Incoming Calls are only applicable to calls received in Singapore. | | 7. | For customers under Free Incoming Calls Price Plan, there will be NO daily deduction of $0.60.
