Lost your phone whilst visiting Singapore?

With the Lost Phone Support service, all you need to do is to visit M1 Customer Service Centres to get a replacement M1 Prepaid SIM card (i.e. M card) and a basic handset (if necessary) to get connected again!

Currently, M1 is only offering this service to SmarTone (Hong Kong) subscribers.

How does this service work?

1. You have to purchase a prepaid SIM card, a top-up voucher and a basic handset* (if necessary) from any of the above M1 Customer Service Centres.

2. M1’s Customer Service Officer (CSO) will:

Report the lost of SIM if you have not already done so.
Contact SmarTone’s Customer Care Service Center to arrange international call forwarding (ICF) to the newly purchased M1 prepaid SIM.
   
   
 
What do I need to bring?
You will just need to bring your passport for registration.
