| How to access |
 |
| Download the M1 Mobile Wallet App via M1 AppShop or Google Play. |
| |
| |
 |
 |
| Passcode setup |
 |
| When launching the M1 Mobile Wallet for first time, you will be prompted to setup a six (6) numeric digits passcode for security reasons. |
| |
| To setup your wallet passcode: |
 | Enter your desired six (6) numeric digits passcode |  | Re-enter your passcode | |
| |

| |
| |

| Login |
 |
 | Upon successful passcode setup, you will be required to enter the wallet passcode each time you launch your M1 Mobile Wallet App: | |

| |
| |
 |
 |
| My Cards |
 |
| My Cards menu allows you to access and retrieve information from the three (3) contactless payment cards in your M1 NFC SIM. These are: |
 | DBS One.Tap card |  | M1 NFC Prepaid MasterCard |  | NFC ez-link | |
| |
| To view card information: |
 | Tap the card image of your choice |  | Tap the "INFO" button at the upper right corner of the screen | |
| |
 |
| |
 |
| |
| |
 |
 |
| Set Card as a Default Card |
 |
| Setting a credit/debit card as default lets you make quick payments without launching the mobile wallet app. Please take note that you will be prompted to enter your Wallet Passcode whenever you want to set credit / debit card as a Default Card. |

| To set a default payment card: |
 | Go to "My Cards" menu and select the card you want to set as default. |  | Tap "INFO" button or the card image. |  | Tap "Set as Default" button; at this point you will be prompted to enter a Wallet Passcode. |  | Once Wallet Passcode verified correct, the card is now a default card. An orange star symbol will appears at the bottom left corner of the card image as an indication of Default Card. | |

| Disable Default Card |
 |
| To disable a default payment card: |
 | Go to "My Cards" menu and select the card you want to disable as default. |  | Tap "INFO" button or the card image. |  | Tap "Disable Default" button. |  | Once you disable a card as default, it will no longer be represented by the orange star symbol. | |
| * Do note, only "M1 NFC Prepaid MasterCard" and "DBS One.Tap MasterCard" can be disabled as default. The NFC-ez-link card is permanently enabled as default and cannot be disabled as default. |

| New Cards |
 |
Via this feature you can explore and subscribe the NFC services of your preference. At present, there is one payment service available for discovery and subscription i.e. DBS One.Tap card. Moving forth, M1 will continue to roll out new payment services progressively. |

| Promotion |
 |
| The "Promotion" feature lets you view and enjoy the latest deals and promotions at authorized merchants when using your contactless payment cards. |

| Settings |
 |
| The "Settings" menu enables you to: |
 | Turn ON/OFF the NFC service |  | Turn ON/OFF Default Credit / Debit |  | Manage Wallet Passcode |  | Show NFC Reader | |

| NFC Service |
 |
The "NFC Service" function lets you enable or disable the contactless communication interface access. * Do note, if the "NFC service" function is set to "OFF", none of the contactless applications in your wallet will work. |

 |
| Default Credit/Debit |
 |
The "Default Credit / Debit" function lets you to enable or disable the default credit / debit card. * Do note, if the "Default Credit / Debit" function is set to "OFF", you can only make a manual payment on credit / debit card. |

| Manage Passcode |
 |
| The "Manage Passcode" feature allows you to: |
 | Enable or Disable the use of a wallet passcode |  | Change Passcode | |
| |
| To enable or disable the use of your wallet passcode: |
 | Go to "Settings" |  | Tap on "Manage Passcode" |  | Set the passcode toogle switch to "On" or "Off" | |
| |

| |
| To change your wallet passcode: |
 | Go to "Settings" |  | Tap on "Manage Passcode" |  | Tap on "Change Passcode" button |  | Enter your current passcode |  | Enter the new passcode |  | Confirm the new passcode | |

| NFC Reader |
 |
| The "NFC Reader" toggle depict your handset's NFC status; If the toggle switch is showing ON it means you can tap your NFC-enabled handset against any NFC-enabled posters or exchange information (i.e. phonebook, image, and etc) with another NFC-enabled phones. |

| Making Payments |

| Manual Payments |
 | Go to "My Cards" Menu |  | Select the card you want to make payments with. |  | Tap the "PAY" button |  | Tap your handset against the contactless terminal within 30 seconds. |  | You will see a successful transaction message on contactless terminal once the payment transaction processed successfully. |  | No signature is required for NFC payment transaction. |  | Please ask the merchant for a receipt if it's not already provided. | |

| Quick Payments |
As long as you set a default payment card, you will be able to make quick payments without launching your mobile wallet and without manually selecting a card for payment. To make quick payments with a default card: |
 | Tap your handset against the payment terminal. |  | Payment terminal will automatically detect your default payment card. |  | You will see a successful transaction message on contactless terminal once the payment transaction processed successfully. |  | No signature is required for NFC payment transaction. |  | Please ask the merchant for a receipt if it's not already provided. | |
