Bill Rebate Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to existing customers of M1 Limited. The mobile line must be active for at least 12 months, and not tied to any existing contract. For Take3 customers, they must have completed 20 months of their contract. Each M1 line is only entitled to 1 bill rebate. Customers will start their service subscription period from the date as stated in their contract, or as per the date of their SMS activation up to 24 months thereafter ("Commitment Period").
2. Customer has to subscribe to M1's services during the Commitment Period to enjoy the Bill Rebate Promotion. In the event that the customer prematurely terminates M1's services during the Commitment Period, he will have to pay to M1 the Termination Charge stipulated below (inclusive of GST).

3. Customer who defaults on payment of his bill and is terminated by M1 during the Commitment Period will have to pay the termination charge stated in Clause 2.
4. Customer who downgrades to a lower subscription service plan (below SunTalk 800 plan) during the Commitment Period will have to pay the termination charge stated in Clause 2
5. If customer upgrades his handset with a new M1 24 months Equipment Contract during the Commitment Period, the bill rebate will cease.
6. Customer is not allowed to transfer this M1 service.
7. Customer is not allowed to temporarily disconnect M1's services during the Commitment Period.
8. The $150/$300 rebate is to offset the monthly subscription charges for the line and will be credited to customer’s bill at $6.25/ $12.50 per month over a period of 24 months. The total monthly rebate shall not exceed the monthly subscription charge payable by customer and no credit refund shall be payable by M1.
9. The Bill Rebate promotion is only open to customers on the following plans: Business, SunSaver, SunSaver Plus, SunMax, SunMax Plus, Talk All U Can, ValueSurf+, LiteSurf+, ExtremeSurf+, MaxSurf+.
10. If, during the Commitment Period, customer upgrades his handset and signs up a new M1 24 months Equipment Contract, the bill rebate under their contract will cease.
11. Customers who sign up for the Bill Rebate promotion must not have outstanding balances on their M1 bills.
12. Enrolment in the Bill Rebate promotion shall cease on 30 June 2011.
13. All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.
14. M1’s terms & conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of inconsistency, Clauses 1 to 13 herein shall prevail
