Loss of Phone / SIM

Should you lose your phone/SIM card while roaming, please report this loss immediately. This is crucial in preventing any unauthorised use.

In event of lost SIM card, airtime/usage charges incurred up to the time the loss is reported will be chargeable. All such charges will be billed to monthly M1 bill.

To report the loss of SIM card, please call M1 at +65 9680 1627 (operational 24 hrs).
