A registration charge is applicable for the activation of VAS unless stated otherwise.
Registration charges will be reflected in your next monthly statement.
Sending of SMS is chargeable at $0.05 (w/o GST) or $0.0535 (w/ 7% GST), but deductible from free bundled SMS, if any.
Customers will be liable for all subscription and usage charges incurred from the activation of the VAS via SMS.
Any loss of phone should be reported to M1 immediately. Any unauthorised charges incurred after an unreported loss of phone will be borne by the customer.
