Customer must call M1 Customer Service Hotline at 1627, Corporate Customer Hotline at 1622 or proceed to any of M1 Customer Service Centres for activation and deactivation of this VAS. | | 2. | BlackBerry Unlimited Data Roaming is only applicable to roaming mobile data usage on specific partner networks/countries via BlackBerry APN only.

| Email | Most social Networking Sites. | | BlackBerry Messenger | Surfing the internet on other Browsers | | Surfing the internet through BlackBerry Browser | | | | 3. | Customers using Multi-SIMs when roaming should ensure that all SIMs are logged onto specific partner networks/countries to utilize the BlackBerry Unlimited Data Roaming service. | | 4. | Customers must have a local BlackBerry plan or VAS and a roaming subscription in order to sign up for the VAS. | | 5. | BlackBerry Unlimited Data Roaming is not applicable for BlackBerry devices installed with OS10 & above. | | 6. | The 25 countries/networks include: Australia/Vodafone, China/China Mobile, France/SFR, Germany/Vodafone D2, Hong Kong/SmarTone Vodafone, India/Vodafone, Indonesia/XL, Italy/Vodafone Omnitel, Japan/Softbank, Macau/SmarTone, Malaysia/Celcom, Netherlands/Vodafone, New Zealand/Vodafone, Philippines/Sun Cellular, Saudi Arabia / Mobily, Spain/Vodafone, South Africa/Vodacom, South Korea / SK Telecom, Switzerland/Swisscom, Taiwan/Chunghwa Telecom, Thailand/DTAC , UAE/Du, UK/Vodafone, USA/AT&T (Cingular) and Vietnam / Viettel. | | 7. | Prevailing data roaming charges apply for non-designated network roaming. | | 8. | Monthly subscription will not be pro-rated upon activation and deactivation. (i.e. Customer will be charged S$72 upon activation of this VAS and there will be no pro-ration or refund of this sum upon deactivation) | | 9. | M1 reserves the rights to amend the list of countries and networks without prior notice. | | | | | | | |
